My first time using Aptive. Samuel the service pro explained everything his service entailed. Sprayed inside of residence, swept all eaves for wasp nest, sprayed exterior and yard for fire ant mounds. Upon completion service pro explained in detail what he had done. Pleased with service Samuel provided.

I have been using Aptive for almost a year and they are timely, and thorough. When I need extra treatments for those certain times when bugs seem to be extra active, they schedule extra appointments for no charge and are professional and courteous.

Omar did a great job. He came by early but we were out, so he left a message to call him when we returned. He came back shortly after and took care of our initial setup!

So far I am very pleased with the company. The sales person that came was very friendly and listened to my needs. He tailored the service based on my needs. The technician that came in today for the first time, Joe Brill, was very polite, explained everything he was going to do on the first visit, was very thorough during the visit, but most of all, was professional and friendly. I appreciate his service and would like to see him come back in the future.
