Ranfel, the service pro, was courteous and didn't seem to mind me asking questions. He was very professional and attentive to my inquiries. I would recommend this company for pest control.

Cody was very professional in appearance and in actions. Listened to my concerns and asked follow up questions.

Moe showed up on time and well prepared. Was very knowledgeable and professional in explaining the services he would be provided on our fist service visit. Great job!

John C is always professional and on time. He shows care in his job and loves what he does. I can talk to him and he will explain what is being done. He has a great attitude about his job and makes us feel like we are being taken care of as if we were the only customer he as.

I have had a great experience with this business every time they come to my house. Omar came out on Friday, 14, 2017. We were home so he asked if there was any concerns he needed to treat, we asked for flea treatment. He added the treatment to his granules. He took his time with applying it to my yard, making sure there were no spider webs in the eves and sprayed the base of the house. Great job!!

Valaidimir was very patient(as I was a good 20 minutes late to the house). He was courteous, detailed and respectful. We are starting out on the right foot in our new relationship.

Orlando came the day of my scheduled service. He rang the bell and greeted me with a friendly smile and explained what he was about to do. He was very thorough and spent time preforming the service. I hope Orlando will be our regular technician in the future.

Very Professional, came to the door explained everything that he was going to do and gave a time line. completed everything according to discussion and after explained what the types of critters he found. Again an outstanding service.

Tim Hodges did an excellent job! He made sure that the spiders that took over my garage were banished for good! With a small child in the house, that means a lot to me. Thanks, Tim!

Matt C was the initial tech that came out and then he came out for a in between service. The service was because a vacant lot was cleared and the after effects came to my house. The outside was very active with new activity and the inside was not bad but enough to notice new activity. Before that there were not problems. One call to Aptive and they sent someone out the next day. Matt was very timely and explained what he was doing to handle the situation. He was very informative and courteous. He explained that if another vacant lot is cleared or of we are in need of a in between service to feel free to call them back out.

This is our first time using a pest control service and while I am still skeptical I do appreciate their customer service and free returns. During our quarterly service Jacob did a very thorough job, offered solutions to problems and made sure I was satisfied before leaving. Thank you Jacob!

Mark arrived at the scheduled time, he then explained everything in detail and completed the service in the time frame he had stated. He then showed me where he had treated and what he would do on his next appointment.

Jacob Bouchard was flexible to my schedule. He explained the chemicals used and everything he found in the yard while spraying. I asked for an internal inspection for possible openings in my kitchen for insects because my house is a new build, and he did so without issue. His customer service and professionalism were excellent.

Kris Adler was our service professional. She did an amazing job. She was pleasant, professional, attentive to my needs, and answered all of my questions.

Well what can I say except Awesome! My service pro Jacob B. is a truly a amazing professional all around. He did a through job and took the time to breakdown everything that was done and what to expect. Aptive has my business for life if I continue to receive top quality customer service and a quality product/service at a competitive rate like I am now!

My man Jacob came out and did an AWESOME JOB! Great people skills and took care of our home... really great service! Customer Service and explanation of the process was in depth. I feel like I work for aptive now! lol

Kris Alder did a great job on our yard. She was here at the time we had set up, and was very informative when answering all of our questions. We will definitely be requesting Kris to service our home again!

Coop was very informative and did a wonderful job! He walked me through everything that he was doing and did a great job of recapping.

Cooper showed up promptly. Was very professional and courteous. One of the nicest techs I have ever dealt with. Took care of business, knocked on door to let me know he was through. Shook my hand and left. Was very impressed with this young man.
