Jennifer was very helpful in getting information I needed to purchase a new washer. She was proactive in suggesting options and informative regarding pricing and warranty info. I would definitely order from them again.

Jennifer was wonderful going above and beyond with customer service, example contacted her after placing order asking quite a few questions she was so helpful and patient, realized near end of conversation that it was 11pm I had forgotten about time difference I am on Pacific time. She was helping me from her home. One of many things that makes this customer service exceptional. If only more companies had people like Jennifer working for them it would be a much better experience when shopping. Once again Jennifer thank you for all your help.

“I was looking for anew refrigerator but the ones I liked were a little out of my budget. Then I found the one I liked on Plesser’s website and I called not realizing it was 10 pm , Jennifer answered the phone and explained to me the difference between the two I liked. I decided to go with the more expensive one but i’ll Tell you, after the great price and the rebates I’m saving almost $900. Jennifer O’brein is a great sales / CS person. I’m very happy with my purchase. ”

We just got a kitchen of appliances delivered by Plessers. I could not be happier! from the initial consultation by Joe the showroom manager to their delivery crew everything went extremely well. I will be back in a few weeks to buy a new TV as well. Its nice to have a local store with sales people who actually know the product. They came highly recommended and now I see why.

I was lucky enough to have Dominique Eckstein help me & she was excellent!!! She provided superior customer service in a more than timely manner & I truly felt she had my best interest in mind. I can't express how helpful she was & I therefore I highly recommend Plessers!!! Please keep up the excellent work! It is so unusual to find someone so helpful on the other end of these phone calls. It's so appreciated!

Plessers is the best appliance store around. We went in to buy a kitchen on the recommendation of my cabinet maker. We had a courteous salesman (Mark) who took the time with us and patiently explained all the products and features. Appliances were delivered on time in perfect shape. I 100% reccomend this store.

Plessers, where we lie just to make a sale!

I was looking to purchase an outdoor TV and was shopping around for the fastest delivery so I could have it in time for the Mayweather/McGregor fight, the main & sole reason I was shopping around for delivery times. I see Plessers listed on SunBrite's retailer list, so I give them a call. I was informed they do not have any in stock but they would get the TV in 1 week from order date, which was August 11th. That sounds perfect, right? This gives MORE than enough time for any slight errors. I call the following Friday (1 week from order date...) and I was informed that there were delays and the TV would not be in today but I will receive the delivery next week. I can live with this. I call again Monday to follow up and I was told they are set to receive the TV and deliver it to me this week... Okay. A few days later I get a call saying they are going to get the TV in on Friday but cannot deliver until Tuesday of the next week... After the fight (only reason I ended up using these losers in the first place). I called explaining how this delay is not my fault and how they should deliver on Saturday since they already have the TV in and their promises have been broken several times. I spoke with the local store, the delivery department at their warehouse and their customer service rep and explained the situation to all of them also that I have a sedan so picking this item up is very difficult for me. They were all nasty (except for the local store) and refused to make this right. Now I have to rent a truck and drive (probably over) an hour each way to get this TV... I even informed them of this and they said there is nothing they can do...

DO NOT use these people. They are liars and once they have your money they couldn't care less about the customer. Absolutely disgusting.

My husband and I are getting ready for a kitchen remodel. We have been shopping for a range top for a couple of months and could not find what we were looking for locally. We had to have the right piece, great service and a great price.

After going to several local businesses, as well as heading out of state, we still could not find the winning combination; until I clicked on the Plesser's link on a popular search engine.

I was a little wary of trying to purchase a high end range top on line, but Jennifer put all of my concerns to rest. She was very informative, insightful, friendly and very easy to work with. In fact, Jennifer held the winning combination and my husband and I went ahead with our purchase.

Hopefully the remainder of the experience will go as well. I certainly think it will.

If you are planning to purchase a major appliance for your home, on line, please do yourself the favor of calling Plesser's and asking for Jennifer. She knows her stuff and will help you every step of the way.

Plessers Appliance is a terrific company but more importantly they achieve greatness through their customer service; especially Dominique!! She was thorough, considerate, friendly, understanding and consistent throughout our Horrendous LG refrigerator/freezer ordeal. I only wish I had called her sooner and not dealt with the robotic NewLeaf warrantee people nor the incompetant Fleet Appliance repair people. Dominique you truly are a wonderful representation of the service industry and what makes Plessers far different from your competitors! Bravo and Thank you again!

I cannot say enough! I dealt with Jennifer in sales and she was fabulous. So helpful, friendly, accommodating and professional! This is my first interaction with Plesser's and I am so disappointed I didn't find them sooner! I can say from my experience, best prices and customer service I have found! Great customer service. Had trouble completing my rebate request. Alicia F responded immediately to my email and called me. She actually completed the online rebate application for me.

We purchased a full complement of appliances for a new home from Plessers. Their assistance throughout the process was outstanding, but the best of all was the tenacious attention we received from Alicia, when we had a problem with an icemaker. She assisted us with the manufacturer and interfaced for us to receive a replacement even though the warranty timeframe was expired. Basically, it was a faulty design and the replacement machine is designed differently and working well. Alicia took up the cause and kept us informed proactively, or followed up if we contacted her. Great work, Alicia.

I can say that Dominique is the absolute best person ever. I had a problem and she listened to the issue and then set up the service call. She was constantly in touch with me berfore, during and after the service to confirm the date and then after it to make sure it was handled correctly. She is amazing and a tribute to Plessers.

Prices were the best, (and I shopped around). Very small dent in one door on refrigerator. They promptly sent a new door, and offered to install it! I would definitely shop here for all my appliances!

I had the best online purchase experience ever. Jennifer O'brien, my sales associate was extremely helpful. I saved thousands by purchasing my Samsung Family Hub refrigerator. I highly recommend Plessar Applane to anyone.
