We have recently been victims of the so called tax day floods in Houston TX. We had just bought the house 2 months prior and it has been destroyed. The journey has been difficult and filled with many obstacles. The most disturbing to us , was the lack of care , sympathy and just really basic customer service. Our only shinning light in all this process has been Jennifer from Plesser's Appliance. She has been professional, considerate and very.. VERY patient with us. that in it self is rare these days however we feel she has gone above and beyond to help us out and make it a little easier on us in any way she could. Her employers should be very proud to have her as a representative.

Wee were looking for the best deals we could find and we found Plesser's and saved time and money considering that we had to replace all the appliance in our home. Jennifer offered us a great deal for the in house delivery and were willing to keep our appliance in storage until we are ready for delivery.

I live local and have shopped here for many years. Always great price and great personal service. A+++

Third time buying from Plessers. The service is always wonderful. The showroom in Babylon is very clean and the sales guys know their stuff. Its nice to have a neighborhood store that is doing so well.

Wonderful experience! this is by far the largest appliance I have purchased over the internet. I called Plessers.com after I selected a Samsung Washer Dryer I had seen in the local Lowes. When i went online to check out the Pricing the Plessers website came up.

After calling and speaking with Steve on the phone he gave me a price that was $200 less than anything we have seen. He also mentioned a $150 mail in rebate no one else spoke about. We set up to have them deliver install and take away my old washer dryer for a nominal fee.

Working with Plessers was a pleasure and I recommend giving them a shot. Being in business for over 90 years meant a lot to me and I see why it has been so. Very well run organization and great people who work there and care about the customers.

I am happy to give this review for plessers because I have bought a LG lmvh1711st micro-oven from plessers.com last year and this was the best experience of my online shopping ever. They were very responsive and their stuffs were so knowledgeable. I got the lowest price from plessers so they really stands for their motto that there is always lesser at plessers.

For the second time I have purchased a Liebherr SBS19H0 Premium plus Series refrigerator from Plessers. In the beginning of September of 2013, I purchased a Viking dishwashers from them and depending on the previous satisfaction I have purchased a high priced Liebherr refrigerator form this renowned appliance provider. I was very pleased at the quick delivery service from Plessers. This refrigerator is quite expensive but it is really worth of this cost. I saved about $350 and saved the sales tax & delivery cost.



I am impressed at their cordial customer service and fast delivery system. I can recommend them to anyone else.
