I have been a client for some years now. Aside from the great location, Erick, Josh and Sarah truly seem to care about their job and their customers. New customers usually get sign up incentives which was a great bonus. Facilities are clean and the business is very well run. I highly recommend SPS Bethesda for your storage needs! - AR

Very nice facility: clean, secure and convenient to me. Staff is always pleasant however, they are "between a rock and a hard place" when the corporate office raises their rates regularly even on long term customers.

Joshua, Sarah, and Eric run a very friendly, clean and accommodating storage service. I recommend this facility for your storage needs.

After being with them for six months, I can say that Security Public Storage at 5223 River Road is in a great location, with excellent parking. There’s a wide assortment of unit sizes, from 5x5 and 10x30, and the onsite managers (Sarah, Josh and others) are competent, friendly, flexible, and always helpful. The facility’s air conditioning and lighting are excellent. The facility is always clean and everything about the facility is fast, easy and efficient. My experience with Security Public Storage and their onsite managers has been very satisfying and I they’re easy to recommend.

I have been using Security Storage for 2.5 years. Eric, Sarah and Josh run a ship-shape organization. They are very helpful and responsive to specific customer needs. The storage units are clean, easily accessible and temperature controlled. All related moving/storage equipment is available for purchase in their office: boxes big and small, clothes- hangar boxes, tape, bubble wrap and more. Joanna

We have been using Security Public Storage on River Road for about 7 years. It is our go to place for storage space! Nice rhyme! We have ALWAYS found the staff to be helpful and go out of their way in assisting us. The storage facility is clean and bright and the office tries to have anything one might need to facilitate storing "stuff".
Conveniently located for us and to grocery shopping too.

Highly recommend the Security Public Storage at 5223 River Road right next to the Crescent Trail behind the gas station. The staff is always there and on the job. Good camera system with alarms, clean and plenty of carts. Worth the monthly, climate controlled. Thank you Security Public Storage.

My experience with SPS and especially the onsite managers has been great. Efficient, polite, and present. When by mistake I had left my unit improperly locked during a weekend they sent me an email. That's customer service for me!

Great location with easy access. Compared to the others in the area it is clearly the best. Clean, well lit, well managed it offers the best storage experience and not overpriced either.
