I have had a great experience at Security Public Storage. Sarah has been very helpful and easy to work with. The whole staff seems to really care. The facility always looks clean and well maintained. Don’t waste your money anywhere else!

Security Public Storage Bethesda has been a great experience since the beginning. Everything works, the climate control is really climate control. The location couldn't be better, you can tell immediately that the crew that runs the place really care. If you are looking for quality storage please give them a try!

I have store my belongings for many years at this location, I can definitely recommend this business to anybody that is looking for quality and peace of mind. The staff is very friendly and helpful, the facility is clean and well maintained. Overall an excellent option for storing your valuables!

We've had two storage units with Security Storage for the past year while we build a new house. It's expensive, for sure, but we really enjoy this company and the employees. Everyone is very friendly and helpful, and they always call us by name. The facility is very clean, secure, and climate controlled. There has been no issue with our belongings, and we can easily come and go to retrieve or store things (out-of-season clothes, my bulky real estate signs, skiis, suitcases, etc). We highly recommend Security Storage in Bethesda!

At first I was unsure about this place because the prices were a tad bit more expensive than the other centers in the area. On a recent Saturday morning, I was in a hurry, had to find a storage place right away before heading to an appointment. Sarah Ireland was busy with two other customers when I walked in but she acknowledged me immediately with a warm smile. When it was my turn, she was friendly, professional, and very informative. Later in the day I returned to sign up and Sarah remembered me without any prompting. I was shown a couple different units, made my decision, did the paperwork, and moved stuff in that afternoon. I can't speak highly enough of Security Public Storage for having the foresight to hire Sarah and her husband, to move them from across the country to this location. It was Christmas in July when I chose this storage company from the myriad other companies within a stone's throw of where I work and live. First rate.

I have been using Security Storage for the last year and it has been wonderful. They have been very helpful when I needed to expand and then again when I was ready to downsize. The location and access could not be better and the ease with which you can set up a rental.

Security Public Storage on River Road in Bethesda MD has given our family piece of mind! It is secure, clean and climate controlled. The staff have been very helpful and respond immediately to any questions or issues. Moving is stressful and the staff seem to understand that and have provided information and tips that have been useful and economical. I feel that our family possessions are safe until the time we remove them. That is piece of mind!!

I have used other storage facilities in the area and Security beats them all hands down. Besides being convenient, the staff is knowledgeable, friendly, and helpful (others fail on all 3). The prices and terms are reasonable, access super easy, and the facility is spotless. I could not have asked for more.

For over a year, we have stored our furnishings with Security Storage. We highly recommend it for many reasons such as the professional staff who happily have helped us and the clean storage areas that are easily accessible.
