Unfortunately shortly after we moved in there were a few things that broke throughout the house; it's moments like these you find out the true colors of a property manager. But thankfully they understood what happened and replaced everything quickly so we were not displaced at all. I have had great service so far and foresee a long future with this property manager, thank you guys for everything!

They do a great job with keeping the property clean. All maintenance issues are taken care of quickly and often without prompting. Great job.

Our onsite manager is great! He is so giving, always making sure everything is okay and is on top of things that need to get fixed.

My husband and I really appreciate the fact that whenever we need anything all we have to do is contact the office and they take care of it immediately.

Needed various items around the house fixed and First Rate managed to take care of everything promptly! Hard to find with most Property Management companies. Staff was very helpful too- thank you Nate and Dawn!!

For five years, my daughter and I have been living in an apartment managed by First Rate. We've never had any problems with them or our building manager, who is always quick to fix things for us. We've had no major issues.

The managers here are very diligent people. They have maintained great communication and manage to take care of the property very well, not to mention deal with tenants and a million other things. They have met all of my needs and then some.

All we have to do is call if we need anything. It's great to be able to get a hold of someone anytime, and they are great on the phone too!

The issues with my rental property are always addressed in a friendly, timely, and professional manner. I plan to renew my lease with 1st Rate.

We had our first issue, which was a broken front door handle. I went online to report it and expected it would take at least a few days, so I was very happy to get a quick response. I was even more surprised and happy that the repair was completed within two days! We're new to the rental scene so this was a great first experience!

The managers here do a good job of providing for their tenants and addressing my concerns. They are as good of property managers as I have ever had.

These managers have been good to deal with and have seen to repairs quickly. I have had other managers that are far less accountable and First Rate Property Management is doing a great job.
