I have been a tenant for over a year and a half and I have had no issues with the management at First Rate. Maintenance is done quickly and on time. They have the best prices in town among other management companies.

The folks here are awesome! They tuned my property around and now it is much better for having their management.

I just moved into a property from first rate and it has been good so far. The kids in the neighborhood need some supervision but thats not First Rate Property Management fault.

First Rate Property Management has been the manager her for about two years I have lived her for 3 so I can compare them to the previous managers, there is no comparison. The other company was very hands off and First Rate Property Management has been very proactive, even asking if I noticed anything that may need attention. I am in better hands now with these guys for sure.

Everyone that works at 1st Rate is very nice. Whenever I need to stop by the office they are very kind and helpful. I can't imagine working with any other management company.

The kept me out of a jamb by finding me a great place in the nick of time. Thanks for all your help and having it ready so quickly. I love the place and have First Rate to thank!

These people have been great managers to me. From the approval process they have been just as great. Now that Im in the home they are easy to reach for any concern and otherwise leave me to the peace and quiet of my new residence.

We received a refund on our deposit of about half the original amount. That was much more than we were expecting and really helped with the moving expenses. We would not hesitate to come back to a first rate property if we find ourselves back in the area.

Every time I see Robert he is happy and friendly. In the past he has even helped me with some trash and a very heavy TV. First Rate really is and Im grateful to have them.

This is a great group of people that have come together to offer their services. It is a small specialized set of people that really care about their work and know what they are doing.

This place offers the service the name implies! Marie and Tara always take care of me whenever the need arrises and they are great to deal with. We really appreciate the work you do there.

Ive had a good stay here. Robert has worked very hard to make sure we have a very safe, quiet area to live at. The maintenance here is done as needed and happens fast.

First Rate is by far the best property management company I have ever dealt with! My experience with other companies in the past has not even been close to the phenomenal dealings I have had with FRPM. The online access to my accounting details is very convenient and they also provide excellent tenant screening services. Thank you FRPM for being among the best!

Whenever I need anything all I have to do is contact Tara or Marie and they take are of me. I really appreciate everything that First Rate Property Management does for me.

I could not be more satisfied with FRPM as my manager for so many reasons. Tony and Lizz were so accessible and in the beginning very flexible to my situation as I lived out of town. They were extremely reasonable as they fixed the monthly fee to what I felt fair. They did a thorough walk-through, assisted in being the"bad guy" and obtained a great rent amount. They also have incredible accounting support, the direct deposits were flawless, the bills were understandable, and they are always kind, courteous, informative and helpful. Thank you all!
