So far after two service visits I'm pleased with the experience. .

BTW, I am loving my Kia Soul. My visit was to wash my car because I had parked at my friends house under a power line and when I went to go home, my pour little Soul was covered in bird poopy and I knew I had to get it off like real fast. The young gentlemen that came oyt to assist me knew immediately what I needed. He immediately toook my car and returned it minus the bird poopy in a very quick time. I so appreciated this service.

Roy was super helpful, he listened to what we needed and didn't try to sell us on what we didn't need or want. The entire crew was very informative without pressuring. Upfront with all pricing and features. I appreciated the fact that there is no second sticker/dealer mark-up.

I came to West Hills Kia to trade in our Sorento for a Sedona. We have a growing family and had outgrown it. Our salesperson was very helpful and got my wife and I a Kia Sedona we thought we wouldn't be able to afford. We absolutely love it! I would recommend coming here to anyone trying to get a nice car in your budget.
