last week ended our engagement with SMS and I wanted to thank them for all their hard work. We worked with them over a two month period and I never had any issues with getting in touch with them or them answering any of the hundred questions they had.

I wanted to thank sms for all their efforts of the past few weeks. bringing them in was not an easy decisions since it was a significant expense. That being said the value we received was well worth the outlay and I would have no problem bringing them back in again down the road.

Our sales were slow and have been trending in the wrong direction for the past year. We decided to turn to SMS for a solution. Their innovative sales planning not only met our objectives but brought a positive change to our entire approach. They went beyond expectations, offering practical strategies that boosted our sales.

The professionalism of everyone we worked with from SMS was top notch. We were unfamiliar with some of the processes and terminology but Kevin took the time to walk us through and explain everything. I can now see why the blood wall is a necessary tool. It forced us to look at our company as a whole and helped us better identify specific parts of our business that were just plain not working. It was not the easiest process but I would 100% recommend to most businesses as in the end it led us to becoming a stronger more profitable business.

Usually with these type of companies you end up with scope creep that adds a ton of money onto the total cost. That being said I never had these issues with SMS. They only worked on what we agreed on and never tried to upsell us on an services we did not need. Our total investment was a decent amount of money but I feel happy with the results and would do it all over again if I had the choice. Something you usually can't say with these types of deals.

We found it hard for our business to keep up with the latest trends, especially in our industry. We brought in SMS to help us revamp our entire sales process as well as CRM. They were instrumental to onboarding our new CRM and making sure we had adequate training setup for our employees. It was not an easy process but one that was made possible with SMS’s help and expertise. I would have no issue bringing them back in at some point in the future.

Exceptional service from Brad and his whole team from SMS. They really helped our sales team increase their lead volume and our sales without completely taking away from our customer first reputation.

Overall I would say that my time I spent with Tim and others at SMS was worth the investment we made. The process was not cheap but we knew that going in and they pretty much stayed within out agreed upon budget. This was after we had them go outside the scope of our engagement and work on a number of other areas. Tim was always pleasant to work with and went the extra mile when it came to some of our more difficult problem areas. They even helped us find a new bookkeeper which is an issue that has been plaguing us for months.
