Jonah Geders came out today to do our first service. What a polite, pleasant young man! He arrived a little bit early which was great since I had forgotten that I had an appointment scheduled later in the day so this worked out perfectly. I hope Jonah will be our regular guy!

Javon was awesome. He answered everything before I even asked the question. He was prompt and got right to work. I definitely will request him back for any re-service and my quarterly treatments.

David W did a routine service call for me and helped out with an extra bug issue. He was very polite and I'm very pleased.

Davell came on 7/29. He was polite and knowledgeable about his service. He even shut the backyard gate when he was done. Hopefully I won't have any more bug problems.

Keith G, came out today to help us get rid of some bugs we have outside of our home. He even checked inside to make sure their were none in our house. Great overall experience, he was very kind, and informative.

Technician David Wellmeier impressed me with his professionalism, very thorough in my yard. Well mannered young man, salutations and all. We are happy so far with Aptive! Prompt scheduled service! Thanks! ����

Very happy with Aptive! Evelardo Perez did an outstanding job. I had left to take care of a pressing issue and got back just as they were about to leave. He had waited awhile to see if I'd get back, which I thought was very courteous of him. He did an excellent job and was very pleasant to deal with. I couldn't be happier.

Darius was knowledgeable and very thorough in explaining and the application of the home treatment. He was very professional as a representative of Aptive.

My technician, Zac Wilson, shows up on July 4th to service the yard. I ask "working on the 4th of July?"...and without hesitation he replies, "we're dedicated". Then he went on to do his usual great job with the pest control treatment. I've been using Aptive for about a year, very pleased with their service.
