CDC transformed our 40 year old cracked cool deck surface into a beautiful classic look, Roman bath look, and did the job in one week. Kyle our sales person did a great job of steering us to the travertine surface we were looking for, and the crew and supervisors did a quick professional job, we had used CDC several years ago for resurfacing our pool with pebble tek, and the were excellent and professional on that work as well. They out and explained what work was to be performed and when, and how long it would take, and any changes were conveyed to us promptly.

My husband and I could not be happier with our CDC Pool experience. Kyle, our saleswoman, started out our process with knowledge, care and concern for our budget. Daniel, our superintendent, provided overall service way beyond our expectations! He always responded to our questions or concerns. He communicated every step of the way, and he coordinated the crews so efficiently that our pool was completed very close to its originally-stated completion date. Each crew that came into our yard were professional, courteous, and cleaned up after themselves at the end of each day. We are extremely impressed and would highly recommend CDC Pools for any degree of remodel. We had a 30-year-old pool that needed a new cleaning system and a major cosmetic redo. It's an entirely new pool and it looks amazing. Again, we're very impressed with CDC as an overall company.

CDC resurfaced my pool in less than 2 weeks! I went from a boring, ugly, stained plaster pool to a very beautiful pebble tec pool that I am proud to show off, finally! My experience with CDC was great from the very first time I walked in until the very last inspection was completed. They were always very professional and very friendly. The supervisor of my project called me on a regular basis to make sure I knew every step that was being done and even stopped by and called a couple times after the job was completed to make sure all was going well and to make sure I didn't have any questions. The crew came in, got the job done quickly, and didn't leave one thing behind or out of place. I will definately use them again for future upgrades on my pool area!

CDC resurfaced our pool in 10 days with Baja mini-pebble tec. Communication with the various employees was excellent for each phase of the project. Workers arrived on time or early each day, were professional and cleaned up the area. The pool is beautiful. Went swimming yesterday in 77 degree water! Rafael was the salesperson and Kevin the supervisor of the project. CDC resurfaced another pool 9 years ago. The surface is still pristine. Their 10 years guarantee will go much further than promised! We would certainly use their services again!

Work was done on time and communication was excellent. The pool looks better than when it was new. The area was always cleaned up at the end of the day.

Just finished a swimming pool resurfacing by CDC Pools. We had a mini-pebble surface installed, replaced the waterline tile and pool light, and added a self-filling automatic water leveler. CDC did a great job from start to finish. They arrived when they said they would, brought big crews for the labor-intensive work so it got done fast, left everything immaculately clean, and best of all, their pricing beat out the competition. While I hope I won't need this work done again for many years, I would not hesitate to use CDC again and heartily recommend them to anyone needing a pool renovation.

After searching many of the pool remodelers and talking to many we settled on CDC Pools Inc. Our Estimator was Rafael R. and he helped us turn the pool that came with the house to the pool we wanted. He worked with us close, gave us ideas and costs and made some solid recommendations for our consideration. In the end we choose CDC Pools and really enjoyed the finished product. This was in July. Work was done timely, professionally, and was coordinated perfectly throughout. Communications is a strong point of this company. Workers arrived on time, finished up leaving the area clean and presentable, and answered all our questions (and we had a lot). Complete Satisfaction for us!

CDC Pools Inc recently remodeled our pool deck. Rafael R CDC Pool Estimator Specialists responded to my request (which I filled out at their business location) within 24 hours which he then set up an appointment to meet and evaluate our current pool and deck area. Rafael was very professional as he explained step by step the different solutions to updating the area. He had a folder with all the CDC Pool Business information and went through the material which outlined the services the company can provide. Needless to say I choose their company to do the remodeling project and every expectation was met in an astonishing short time. The Supervisor and Crew were kind, considerate and professional. When the job was completed the clean up was swift and spotless. Rafael stated he would be back the following day to double check on the clean up and he called the following day and said he would be here and he was! Thank you CDC Pools the pool deck is great!

Wow! I just got online to write a glowing review of CDC pools! I wanted to do so because it seems every time I think a company does stellar work and goes above and beyond, I don't think to give a shout out and say "Atta Boy!". However, like most of us, I am the first to give a poor review when work is not done right. It's human nature I guess to complain as evidenced by some of the reviews I have just read below. I don't want to discount the bad experiences that people have had with this contractor. I do need to say that I had a wonderful experience with CDC. The work done on my pool was great. We had cracked rolled bond beam of pepble tech that edged two sides of our pool replaced as well as the interior pool tiles. We also had all of our cool decking redone and included an additional cool deck for our existing cement patio. We also had a new pool light installed. All the work was done in a timely manner. That was in November. All work done by Christmas. Since then, I have had a few items that none of us saw in our initial inspection especially since we were not swimming in December. I phoned my CDC salesman who sent out the correct staff who corrected the glitch. No muss, no fuss and certainly no argument about getting it done. I have redone three bathrooms and a kitchen in the last two years. I worked with many contractors and subs. CDC's work and professionalism stands out! I would and DO recommend them to everyone. I am a homeowner in the Ahwatukee area and very, very satisfied with CDC. Thank you CDC!

CDC Pools recently refinished our pool and replaced our patio. We highly recommend this company. They did an outstanding job from chip out to start up. Every crew that came to our house was there when they said they would be, worked diligently and left without leaving a mess for the next phase. All the workers were prepared, professional and took the time to answer all of our questions. We are extremely happy with the entire job. I had CDC Pools do a pool remodel at my house in January of 2014. I am VERY satisfied with all aspects of the project. I moved into my house about a year ago. The pool was an absolute mess. It was all original - about 35 years old. The catalyst to me redoing the pool was a huge leak that caused me to lose about an inch of water a day, as well as the pool being a complete eye sore in an otherwise beautiful backyard. It had about 10 cracked tiles and an inch gap between the top of the tile line and the deck. UGLY. When it came time to choosing a contractor, I spoke with several friends. Of the three people I asked who I knew had their pools rehabbed, all chose CDC Pools to do their work. My neighbor, who had his pool done by CDC, said he knew of two others in the neighborhood who also used CDC. I called CDC Pools to have an estimate. The estimator, Rafael, came out the following day. I was impressed with him. He asked me what I wanted to accomplish, what my budget was, and provided me with great feedback. He actually directed me away from things that would cause my budget to expand. Because I'm a bit obsessive-compulsive, I called three other contractors to get quotes. One of the three didn't even bother to show up at a predetermined time. The other two were OK, but clearly not on the same level as CDC. My primary concern was the significant leak, as well as plumbing. The other contractors didn't provide solid solutions to my leak problem and wanted to use my original plumbing (which again was 35 years old). Rafael told me how they would fix the leak problem and told me the work would be under warranty for 10 years. The other contractors would not offer a warranty. He also described how they would install new plumbing without ripping up any of my deck. I was impressed by the whole process. The workers showed up as scheduled, worked quite diligently, and kept my yard pretty clean. The superintendent of the project was routinely present and kept me up to speed. The entire pool remodel was done in about two weeks. My pool went from being a huge eye sore in my backyard to the focal point. I am a very thorough person and do a lot of tasks around the house myself. I routinely inspected the work after the contractors were done for the day. Great job...I was truly impressed! I tell anyone looking for a pool remodel that CDC is the only way to go. The thing that I found impressive was how everyone I spoke with who used CDC would refer CDC. That is a pretty telling fact.

VERY DISAPPOINTED -Signed contract to redo interior pool. Had to call CDC Pools to remind their Superintendent to call me. Chip out was supposed to occur on Friday. No show so called CDC Pools. I was told chip out crew would be there "first thing" Saturday morning. Tile employee called to say he would be there on Monday to install tile. CDC Pools called on Friday advising of 2nd payment needed at time of chip out. Chip out crew no showed again on Saturday. Superintendent was called on Saturday and had no idea why chip out crew did not show up (POOR COMMUNICATION INTERNALLY) but confirmed they were supposed to be there Saturday morning according to employee who scheduled them. Tile employee re-contacted me on Sunday night to let me know he was showing up Monday morning to install tile. He was never told by anyone at CDC Pools, Superintendent included, that chip out crew never showed up so he could not install tile. I had to notify the tile employee Monday morning not show up. No apologies were ever given and demanded deposit be refunded. Poor business practices and poor communication, internally and externally. CDC Pools website says they "Deliver perfection on every project" and "Believes your pool remodeling project is important and will act like it". Both statements are "LIES" in my opinion. I was excited to have my pool redone but that excitement is gone and I will feel apprehensive on my next company I use. THANKS CDC POOLS!!!!!!!

I can't really say enough about CDC Pools. I met Jim when he came out to give us an estimate on redoing our pool. We wanted to change it from plaster to the pebble tec bottom. It was obvious that he knew what he was talking about and gave us a competitive bid. After providing us with names and phone numbers of prior customers that I spoke with, none of the former customers had anything but positive opinions on the company and their work. They began the work and true to what Jim told us, after each portion was completed each day, the backyard was cleaned up completely. They kept to the schedule provided and I was called for every section of the remodel by Jim and the office so that I would be fully informed on what was happening. When a minor problem came up, Jim immediately got someone out to look at it. The problem was solved to everyone's satisfaction and our new pool looks great! I have already referred CDC to three friends and will continue to do so in the future. This company is run by professional people who are very knowledgeable about how to remodel and take care of your pool. We are thrilled that we decided to go with CDC and had the pleasure of working with Jim and Matt along the way!

I have been working with CDC for years now. CDC installs the tile and interior finishes on about 35-45 of my projects every year. There quality of work is the best in the business and they stand behind everything they do 100%. The few times out of hundreds that an issue came up with an interior finish it was resolved immediately. Their communication with myself and my customers is top notch. I would highly recommend anyone looking for any type of remodel work to contact them and you will find out for yourself why no one else can come close to the high level of quality and customer service they provide.Thank you CDC for always going above and beyond to keep my customers happy!

I've had CDC redo two pools for us. The first time we interviewed several contractors and selected CDC because they seemed to know more about pools and their products in general than the others and had very good advice. The other companies were more interested in my money. I wish all the contractors were as easy to work with as CDC. I was very happy with their work and I would highly recommend this company to anyone interested in remodeling their pool.

We had many issues with CDC Pools. Poor workmanship all around and the unwillingness of the company to fix their mistakes is ZERO.Caution... If you disagree with them, they will sue you.

CDC Pools just completed a remodel of our 20+ year old pool, and they did an excellent job. Pricing was competitive, workmanship excellent, and every crew was professional, considerate of our property, skilled, and efficient. From the initial sales consult, to the final start up, CDC exceeded our expectations. Note, a pool remodel entails a lot of work phases and tradesmen, it takes a while to complete, but is well worth the time.
