We couldn’t have made a better choice than going with CDC. Every step of the process was handled professionally and with great care and concern for our pool, property and family. Special thanks for a fabulous redone pool go out to: Rafael, for your initial assessment and recommendations – the pool turned out to be just beautiful. They knew exactly the feel and quality we were trying to accomplish. To Louis, our superintendant, who kept us looped in on everything that was happening throughout the process. He was great to work with. Now on to the technicians that handled the plaster - they were beyond meticulous! The plaster work far exceeded the quality of work when the pool was first installed by Paddock. We also want to thank Andrew for his part in the start-up process – very professional all around. Great job and kudos to CDC! We’d be open to anyone who might want to see the “Blue Baja Quartz” in our pool as we are very proud of how the project turned out.

They just finished our pool today and we are so very pleased with how it looks; we upgraded from plaster to pebble. We had to replaster twice since 1972 and by far this is the best it has ever looked.All the CDC employees were very professional and took great pride in their work. We were also pleased as to how they contacted us every day as to what time they would be arriving. You just don't see companies doing that anymore, you usually are sitting at home all day waiting for someone to show up. We really were very impressed.Our supervisors was Serigo and he was always checking on each step of the job, and he answered all our questions.We wouldn't hesitate to call on CDC or give a reference to anyone if asked.

My husband and I want to thank Jack Brockman, Dion and the crews for their expert training and skills in refinishing our pool. It was completed in a timely manner and everyone was very courteous and cleaned up after themselves.I will be happy to recommend CDC to others like our neighbors recommended CDC to us. It was a pleasure working with CDC.

I have been in the pool business for the past 25 years and have had the opportunity to work with many different pool remodeling businesses. CDC Pools is by far the best company I have ever worked with. I now work exclusively with CDC pools. I highly recommend them and depend on them to do satisfactory work for my customers.

CDC put a new quartz surface in our pool. I was pleased with the knowledgeable sales person and how he treated us. The estimate was fair and the work good. I would recommend them.

We had CDC re-surface our pool earlier this year and are very pleased. They did a good job, no complaints and the price was right.

on 6-9-10 at 12:30pm I observed an employee of this company blowing through a red light at Guadalupe and Cooper Rds in Gilbert. I don't know what is that was so important that this employee had to run a red light and put all of our lives at risk, but it is because of reckless drivers such as this one, that makes this particular interesection the THIRD MOST DANGEROUS in the entire town of Gilbert, AZ. I personally do not hire companys who allow their employees to behave like this and nobody else should either!

We recently had CDC resurface our pool with a smooth pebble finish. Fortunately, we had a very good experience unlike my neighbor who used a different company. All the employees were on time, clean and professional. They left my yard neater than when they started. Now if it would just get warm enough so we can swim!

CDC just finished my remodel the process was very smooth and efficient. As we all know that this situation could go either way. A very good experience or a very bad one. From the moment the salesman came to the door, the process was easy and I did not get the feeling I was about to get "screwed". When the workman arrived they got straight to work and did the job professionally and quickly.Would I recommend CDC Pools? YES!!Refreshing that this company still does business the old fashioned way, with integrity and respect towards the customer, bringing us quality service and goods.

I've used CDC twice to resurface pools over the past 12 or so years. The first time they did pebble and tile. For another pool they did pebble only. The first job we got 4-5 bids and they were hands-down the most knowledgeable and professional. Priced about in the middle. We didn't bid the second job, just called them. We are very pleased. We've done a lot of remodeling both places and would have loved it if the kitchen and bathroom contractors were as good as CDC.

We had our pool and deck resurfaced late '08. This company lacks total communication. The job crews were not coordinated and English was hard to come by. The young man who redid our tile was by far the best of all the "professionals" working on this project. The pool surface has an eerie sort of look to it at night when the pool light is on from the uneven surface that was applied, and the deck has to be the worst product I have ever seen applied to a pool deck surface. We did not like the results the first time the deck "coating"(read: paint) was applied, not to mention the horrible application, so we asked if they could redo it. They came out several times to see what our complaints were and then decided to patch some places, resurface some spots, and repaint the whole deck. The owner of the deck products solution to our problems were "to wait a few years and buy a 5 gallon bucket of paint and repaint it yourself." We had CDC remodel our pool & they were higher priced than others so we expected better... They took longer than anticipated, the tile came off within a couple of months, the color of the kool deck was incorrect... those are a few things I can think of just off the top of my head. ###I checked out CDC's BBB report/status & they had a lot of complaints, but most had been settled. I'd guess A LOT of people dont even take the time to go to the hassle of filing a formal complaint. So how does it get to that point in the first place?! It seems that if management were honest & willing to stand behind their work, they would resolve an issue BEFORE it goes that far.###I also checked with the ROC. So, I did the due diligence...###*MY ADVICE TO EVERYONE IS TO PUT DOWN AS LITTLE AS POSSIBLE to start the work & pay as the work progresses. REGARDLESS OF WHICH POOL CO. YOU CHOOSE!
