Today, Saturday August 5, 2017 , is the second service from Aptive to my residence. The service man , mr Andrew Frankovitch is very nice. The time frame is 12-2 pm. He came around 12:15. Takes time to do his job ,explains clearly all my questions and fulfill all the requests as well with the professionally manner. I just joined Aptive. The salesperson was very professional and courteous. The technician Frank M. was also very professional and courteous. He was knowledgeable and friendly. I switched companies because of the level of customer service I received.

Jonathan Cordova came today to treat my insect problem. He is always courteous and knowledgeable. He always remembers to bring the sticky bug traps for me without me asking him to. Great service!

Ashley was prompt, courteous, and professional. She explained what she services she was going to provide and then followed up on what she did. She also described what critters were in my yard and how she treated the problem. Ashley also cautioned me about the hornets nest she treated and to told me to keep clear of the area for 30 minutes.

I got my first service today. Will was very professional, detailed explain everything and I love his good manners. This company got the effort of getting great employees. Frank M was the technician who treated my yard. He was very pleasant and listened to my concerns regarding the treatments. Unfortunately, he was only able to do the front of the house and yard due to my unfamiliarity of the chemical make up of the products. I have show dogs and I am extremely careful of what I treat my yard with. Aptive used a perimeter spray that was organic, and after researching it, found that it will be safe for use in my back and side yard where the dogs are. They also have essential oil treatments which I will opt for instead of the granuals for my back and side yards to protect my dogs. I am pleased with my first experience with Aptive.

The technician Joseph has visited us right on schedule and performed the initial treatment. He was professional and informed all the activities that he was going to perform upfront. He has clarified few of our questions.

Alfred was On point. Explained the contract once again. Adjusted the price as promised. Also took his time to do the job at my home. He surely deserve the bonus :).

Clint Hubbard was the technician that Aptive sent out to address concerns I had regarding some pests I was seeing around my house and in my garage. Clint arrived at the previously scheduled time. Was very professional, knowledgeable and explained the process well. He thoroughly treated all the problem areas. Impressive service!
