This is review for Andrew Frankovitch service with aptive; Andrew was very professional and efficient and well versed with the service..
He explained about the service that he was going to perform,he was cognitive that there were small kids and explained about the necessary precautions to take. I am very happy with the service that was provided.

Andrew Frankovitch was great. Very personable, not afraid to chat and make conversation! Loved that about him.

This is Samantha Good reviewing Andrew Frankovitch. My husband wanted to recognize that Andrew was efficient, personable, and communicative. We just starter this service and are so far impressed.

The Service provided by Henry Castro was great. He arrived on time, explained what he what type of service aptive was completing today and answered all the questions regarding the contract and costing. Valerie F.

Hugo and Jonathan came right on schedule and went straight to work (after explaining what they were going to do). They even took special care to treat a rose bush that was infested with aphids and Japanese beetles. They went on to explain that they would return in a month to treat any bug eggs that hatched and if I had any problem crop up to call them and they would come and address them immediately.



My dogs did not have any fleas when we moved but our yard did. Hugo explained this treatment would only kill adult fleas, that is why he would be coming back within the month and would continue until we are flea free again. The dogs are on Frontline Plus and Capstar so the fleas in the yard must have been bad. I fully expect the treatments will fix the issue. Ann J

We've had service provided by another "Name" company but never received the level of personnel interest as felt with Aptive. Hugo Harrara was our first service tech and he impressed me with his knowledge of all the application materials used and the willingness to listen to what i was asking and relating. My previous company was more - hurry up i have more houses to visit and at time left alot to be desired in some if their response. The level of customer service provided was great.

Excellent service from the guy (Joel Abbitt) selling the pest control service/products at my front door, to the guys (Henry Castro and Jonathan Cordoua) who applied the products. Joel, Henry, and Jonathan were extremely knowledgeable about the service, the products they use, and all the documents. I was really impressed with these guys (and that's saying something). Would HIGHLY recommend APTIVE for friends and neighbors. By the way, I haven't seen a single bug inside or out since they were here!

The service we recieved was done by Hugo. He was very professional and arrived during the time window scheduled. He helped releave us of our bug infestation.

Do not use this company. I asked them to hold off on a service until I return from out of town due to dogs and dog sitter and they wentvaheadvsent someone anyway and let themselves into the gated yard. I asked them to cancel service and told there was a fee, contrary to what I was told upon signing. I have asked the manager to call me but still hasnt
