This is our third time buying/leasing from this dealership and we will come back every time. Every employee is professional and the team works together to make each experience great.

Kevin Frazier and Andrea Mashburn provided very professional and attentive service and left no stones unturned in their efforts to make sure that my vehicle was promptly and properly serviced.

Service associates have all been very pleasant to deal with. When a cost for service is quoted for a particular repair, it doesn't change.

I was hesitant to bring my car in for service, due to my recent experience earlier this month. But, this time things went great. My car was serviced in a timely manner with all service issues being addressed. Both Kevin and Andrea were very helpful.

Excellent service. Came in because of nail in a tire. Replaced tire. Changed oil. Performed alignment.

The whole experience a the dealership was such a pleasure. Everyone was pleasent and attentive to our every need.

We were traveling through TN when the water pump on our 2006 325i went out. We had our car towed to BMW of Chattanooga. This was on a Sunday, so they were not open. On Monday, we called the dealership and they sent a shuttle to pick us up at the hotel. They diagnosed the problem quickly and started to work on the car. Everyone there was polite and professional. Due to time involved we were offered coupons for a free lunch at their cafe. The car was washed and finished at the earlier time that we were given as an estimate.

Very good experience Gary never pressured us at all . We took our time and test drove numerous cars and he was there answering all of our questions.

Andrea was great! The service was fast and efficient. Because of the items that needed to be taken care of on my car during this visit I was expected to be in a loaner car for 2 days and surprisingly she called me early in the afternoon to let me know it was ready for me to come and pick up the same day! This was after I had to add on getting 2 new tires.

I was greeted very warmly. Andrea knew that I was waiting and that I had to get back to work and she did her best to expedite the service.This is definitely the best car dealership in Chattanooga that I've dealt with in the past 30 years.

First time visit and excellent customer service.

Recent service visit due to check engine lamp. Service rep was pleasant, professional, & interested in solving issue. I appreciated the thoroughness of all involved. Issue was resolved in a respectable time with X5 back on road no issues. For myself time is precious and they respected my desire to be back in road as soon as possible.
