All of the Service Department Associates were very pleasant and knowledgeable. My 1999 BMW was inspected and I was given an estimate of the repair cost and the car was repaired quickly and I was very happy with the overall service and cost.

Provided by YP.comAndrea and, principally, Eric Liner (his name is not listed on associate list but John Cantrell's is and he is not there) attended to every detail and really get what customer centric service means. Eric is mature, focused, very approachable and processes information well. His professional demeanor is exemplary. He handles himself with patience, perseverance and persistence in busy times as well as less active moments. He went beyond expectations and I am grateful he was my service representative.

Provided by YP.comGood experience. Liked being able to seal the deal via email instead of the usual back and forth in the dealership taking all day. Appreciated David keeping us up to date once the vehicle was on the way from Columbia to Chattanooga and letting us know when it had landed!! Only compliant is with the detailing of the car-realize it was new but whomever went over to clean needs to pay more attention to detail. Not dirty or anything just dusty, a few scuff marks, etc-maybe I was expecting perfection! David was great and appreciate his availability and patience in showing us what all the vehicle had.

There was a recall on my car. I scheduled my appointment a few days earlier. I arrived a few minutes late due to an accident on the interstate. When I arrived Andrea was there waiting and smiling. I would like to comment that I loved being able to pull my car into the garage area and get out inside instead of in the rain. Andrea was very nice to both me and my children. My daughter told her she wanted to go shopping today. We waited for less than 10 minutes and then Andrea found us and let us have a loaner car for the time it would take to complete the recall. The girls were thrilled. I also met a salesperson, Jonathan. Very nice guy who gave me the details about the new 3 series.

I brought my 2013 BMW in for is first annual check. Only had about 6900 miles. I was very disappointed in that a years time the dealership had gone down in appearance cleanliness. The snack shop closed. There was no water in the cooler in the waiting area as in years gone by. I had bought two previous BMW from the dealership and did not recognize but one person from years gone by. There were two cars on the showroom floor and both very dusty. Not appealing at all.

John always does a fine job taking care of us when we bring the car in for service. My Mom also has a BMW and John is her service advisor too. We're pleased with John. What I'm not real happy about is the new process that is in place. It makes no sense for me to come to the garage, see John and then go to the front of the store and see somebody else about the paperwork. That other person had no idea what kind of work was done on my car, nor was she able to answer questions - had to go back to John for that. Here's something else to consider. For your customers who have difficulty walking, like my Mom, walking from the back of the store to the front of the store is difficult. I would ask that you reconsider this process.

John is always friendly and helpful. He kept me informed as service was performed. He never makes you feel he is being dishonest. John is one of the best things the dealership has going for them.
