Bertha is one of the dental assistants here and she's great when it comes to explaining the things being done to me. I came here for cavity fillings and Bertha, along with the other staff at this kool smiles made me feel comfortable. Been coming here for years and i really recommend them! ����

I couldn't be more proud of my Kellsie Boo. Yesterday we had to go to the dentist because part of her filling fell out. When they told me they would be giving her Novocaine i started to panic because the out come would not be pleasant. All that went through my head was she will be so traumatized i will never be able to get her to go back. Well they explained that first they will be giving her nitrous oxide to calm her then the needle.. I was panicking even more at this point ready to be sick.. I had to sign a waiver which made it worse. Then came the lovely smell of strawberry's.. She huffed & puffed away and slowly but surely the giggles started. The doc said Kellsie how are you feeling, her word's (i'm feeling very happy) hee hee hee. We all started cracking up.. Then came the needle. She made one tiny little owe sound and he said Kellsie what did u feel.. She giggled once again and said i don't know.. Ha ha ha.. Well my nerves calmed down instantly and she was a happy girl. On the way home she just kept saying i love my dentist Mama and Lisa his helper.. They even gave her the little red mask she was breathing into to take home.. Still smells like strawberry's lol...

Dr. Bertha and the rest of the staff there were great. They take care of you, are gentle, and easygoing. For someone who hates going to the dentists I have to say they actually made the whole experience very calming.

It was good and I felt nothing when Da Bertha put the fillings.And It Was Pretty Good all I had to do was Lay back

Kool Smiles Chelsea has made recent changes and I have to say I am quite pleased. Dr. Cakkoom is super fast, gets you in and out and all the girls ate nice and many kudos to Lisa

My experience with look smiles was great they took good care of me they even called to check up on me and remind me of my appointments and the dental assistants are so friendly I would recommend going here.
