I had a really bad experience about 2 years ago with getting a tooth extracted. I was hesitant to go to ANY dentist. I finally got the courage to call kool smiles to try to be seen as a walk-in emergency visit. I had called the 800 # and was told that the Chelsea location had emergency walk-ins available at 9am and 2pm,and she told me tjat she would be sending a message to the odfice so they could expect me. I got there at about 1:50 and they told me thay theu don't actually have an emergency walk-in service. Joanna (DA) came up the the desk and said that they would see me regardless. I waited about 10 minutes and was called right in. I explained to her my nervousness and why I was so nervous. She assured me that they would make me as comfortable as I needes to be so that I didn't have the same experience. I got my filling replaced (it had fallen out about a month prior and started getting pain in my tooth) joanna and Dr. Jung kept making sure that I was ok and comfortable and it was done in a matter of a half hour. Thank yoi Joanna and Dr. Jung for maki g this the BEST dental expirence ever. I definitely plan on making them my dentist and place to go to for good. You guys ROCK !!!!!!

Mydaughter had to have her tooth pulled today and the lady that helped us was extremely nice her name was brunette Jaques. I like coming to this kool smiles everyone is always pleasant
