had a natural disaster happen to my pool this winter from cold and snow. needed to get it set up so someone could take care of it ASAP when the weather is cooperating here hopefully coming up soon.aaa was on top of it.i will be seeing them this spring to fix my issues!thanks for helping me when I was in freak out mode!

Called today about opening my pool and the woman on the other line was sweet and helpful. She gave me different prices depending on what dates I chose to open my pool for summer 2015 and was kind enough to give me a great deal. I chose to open mine during their first opening section of dates so that I could get the best price possible. I have always been a AAA Pool Liner Buisness customer, but i never had them open my pool before. They were usually my go to when I had a leak or needed a new liner seldomly. Cant wait to see how they do with openings.

came to close my pool this past fall. it has held up well from the harsh IL weathers.they will be called back to open my pool come May/June. nice people working for them. very professional and helpful.

kids love the pool in the summer.they are like fish, I swear, but I needed the pool opened this summer and chose to have them do it while we were on vacation so it would be available right when we came home. I trusted they would do everything without any problems I needed to address.everything was done according to what I was told on the phone.there were no hidden fees or things I needed to pay for.very pleased with my pool.

winter snuck up quickly.had to get the pool covered up asap.the guys came out and did the job with no hassle to me.every thing went smooth and as planned.

Being a single mother, I want to give my kids the world.When I purchased our pool I thought it would be a piece of cake...clean it every so often and throw some chemicals in there to keep it clean...no biggie. BUT I WAS WRONG. I didn't consider what if it leaks or what if I needed a new pump or this or that.It became a nightmare for someone who works 70 hours a week.When I finally got ahold of someone with great reviews both online and through word of mouth I was ecstatic that I could throw the responsibility on someone else's shoulders.everything was always done with near perfection.so happy I have someone behind me who knows wayyyy more about pools than I do.

Happily I chose to use these people because of the kindness they showed towards me during our conversations. They kept me updated throughout each step. Great knowing someone cares about the customer still in this day in age.

Great deals if you catch them at the right time of the year, but if not they still have the best prices anyways compared to any pool store in the area. go ahead and look, I bet you will have trouble finding anything.

got the pool closed this week, it was just in time due to the recent weather we have been having! I cannot express how happy I am that AAA Liners was able to get me in on such short notice. I was worried they would be all booked up. although they stated they were busy, they were able to find a slot time for me to get me taken care of. They're wonderful trying to accommodate their customers.

great knowledge base in pools and care of pools. Very too the point, they do not give you the run around and make you chase your tail waiting for them to pick up the phone or to come do the job.

No matter what the issue, they are able to complete and fix it. Specialize in above ground pools for a reason. There is no one in the Chicagoland area who does work like they do.

I am a new pool owner with no previous pool experience. I never had a pool as a child and wanted to give my children a pool for their childhood now that they are old enough. I found a new home with a above ground pool that we were satisfied with. We moved in and gutted the basement and didn't want to preoccupy ourselves with the pool liner installation, we hired aaa liners and they came out and did a beautiful job. The kids were in the pool all summer long and we were able to get turn our new home into a "home" and complete the basement project. It has been an eventful summer, but everything turned out wonderful and I could not be happier.

Specifically I am intrigued with the intelligence and the information provided by the different members of this company. From over the phone conversations to in person with the workers, you were never turned away for an answer or help. 5 Stars, I applaud them for how well they run their business.

Set me up with an awesome deal for the closing package they sent out in the beginning of Sept. Calling early to set up was the best choice to make because they have affordable prices. The idea of supply and demand enters when everyone freaks out to get their pool closed because within one week the weather drops from 80 to 55 and keeps dropping. Do not pull your leg trying to schedule your date and time. Offer plenty of dates and times that fit around your schedule.
