WHERE ELSE CAN YOU CALL A FAMILY OWNED BUSINESS HALF THE TIME ANYMORE? AAA WAS THE ONLY COMPANY I CALLED THAT STATED PROUDLY THEY WERE FAMILY OWNED AND OPERATED! MY FAMILY OWNS A LITTLE POLISH DELI AND WE KNOW THAT FAMILY RUN IS THE ONLY WAY TO GO ANYMORE! BIG NAME STORES DO NOT CARE ABOUT THEIR CUSTOMERS!!!!!! STAY FAR AWAY FROM THEM!

We Do Not Have The Money To Be Dishing Out On A Bunch Of Expensive Pool Things Each Year. I Was Spending Way Too Much Money On Our Pool When I Could Be Saving Up For Something More Important. My Husband Convinced Me To Give It One Last Shot And Use Someone We Have Not Used Before. When I Got Ahold Of AAA Liner Replacements They Called Me Right Back And Laid Down The Details, I Was Apprehensive, But I Was Willing To Give Them A Shot. They Arrived The Week After In The Morning During Their Suggested Time Frame. They Did What They Had To Get Done And Left Right After With No Mess Behind Them.

I Have Had Nothing Negative About My Experience Using Them Now For the Past Four Years. Great Job.

We wanted to change the look of our pool liner because we have had it for so long and it started to look drab and faded.AAA liners has a liner that they installed that had a deep blue dark image on the liner it looks fabulous.way better than the old liner did.when we filled with water the look was better than before.

Do not charge you for stupid things you do not need. They did not treat me like I was uneducated about my pool, but they did teach me some things I did not know and pointers of how to do certain tasks easier with less work on my part. Did not charge me up front either which is trusting on their part.

Every1 knows finding a reliable pool salesman (or any salesman) is hard to come by. Had trouble getting ahold of people after I gave my money to them originally I will never make that mistake again. called up aaa liners and they said I did not have to make a payment until they completed the work in my yard. I new they were legit when I heard this. in fact they came to my house the next week 'nd the job was done right away, no hassle to me.

Denise was a very sweet lady when I spoke to her over the phone. She convinced me that I should return my pool liner I purchased at a different store. She explained step by step the process and what it entails.

AAA Came to my house to inspect a leak that we thought was a leak in the liner, turned out there were a couple leaks and I was better off changing the whole liner. Purchased a liner recommended by Denise in customer service and we love it. Has a great vibrant and modern pattern to it. Thanks AAA for providing us with your honest opinion and a great product for our investment in our pool.

This company not only was prompt to returning my calls but they were helpful and kind when speaking with them. They informed me of their estimated price for my pool size and the work that needed to be done. On time and worked hard to get the job done in an appropriate amount of time.

I called AAA first, they told us it would be hard to find someone like them, they were right. They were the only company that called us back within 24 hours. No other company put us first, they only cared about the money end of the situation. While AAA Liners did not make us pay until after services were rendered to our pool. I had them open our pool just to see how they would do with a small job. I have used them for the past few years opening and closing my pool. Recently we needed a new pool liner due to some unpatchable holes. They came out, did a nice job, they did not leave a mess everywhere, they were polite and did not try to add extras on in the end. I had a previous experience with a company that decided to add a bunch of work on at the end that did not come near what they quoted me in the beginning. I was furious. Gladly, I did not and have not over the years had an issue even similar to the one I experienced with the crappy company I had used previously and that makes me happy.

I have a pool party coming up this weekend for the fourth. The storm we had sent a tree through my cover and tore my liner. AAA understood I needed someone out here ASAP and they accommodated me. They didn't charge me a ridiculous amount, they figured some things out and got me on their schedule. I am so appreciative that they worked this out for me. They are a great company who cares about their customers and does not want to deter them away by charging them up the wazoo.

I HAVE TRIPLETS THAT JUST GRADUATED HIGH SCHOOL. IT IS HARD FOR ME TO PLAN MY SCHEDULE OF WHEN I WILL BE HOME THIS SUMMER MORE THAN USUAL BECAUSE THEY ARE GOING TO DIFFERENT COLLEGES IN DIFRENT STATES ALL REQUIRING DIFFERENT ORIENTATIONS, ETC.

I called aaa liners and they helped plan around my schedule, to cut the holes they did not need me present which was a relief. We are able to have their graduation party and not fret about the pool not being ready.



THEY ARE VERY ACCOMMODATING TO PEOPLE BECASE THEY KNOW ALL ABOUT HAVING A BUSY SCHEDULE. THEY TOLD ME THEY WERE THREE WEEKS OUT BUT THEY GOT ME IN BECAUSE OF CANCELLATION.

Best customer service I've seen in a while. Friendly, helpful, confident in themselves and in their products. They keep up with hundreds of pools each year they said which I think makes them more qualified than most to do this job and get it done right since there is such a small summer swim weather window for Illinois.

we were anxious to get our pool hole fixed because it was leaking fast and i didnt want to replenish all of the water because it is so expensive. they came and patched my hole and guaranteed me money towards it on my next liner when i need one, how nice is that? i recommend them

Preferred business when dealing with my pool. Expertise shines through in all areas of this company from over the phone to when they are there working on the pool in person. All different people involved and they are still just as courteous as the previous employee.

Awesome customer service. Stood up to what they offered and said they would do. They were prompt and on time, they were quick and skillful, they were even polite and kind. You ever get a triple hitter in a service company. I was offered a great price on what I believe to be a quality product as well.Bravo to AAA Liner and their service.

If you are looking for a company who does not overcharge for their product or service, is always behind their word of helping you when you need it or anything of the sort these guys are for you. they are hard workers with experience and they are always willing to lend a hand or word of knowledge. I had an issue with my pool liner and they were out to check it out the next day. they are on time and get the job done, not lollygagging around the whole time.

They kept my spot for when the weather gets nicer on their schedule. Pleasant to talk to over the phone very informative of their process. Explored options with me of different liners and prices. No pressure to pay before the project is done.
