I was instantly put at ease when the moving crew entered my home to begin the move. They made me feel comfortable and very confident things would go well. I had been worried about moving but this crew took the worry out of everything. It was a long day, but the can-do attitude at the beginning of the day was exactly the same at the end of the day. I think out of any service I have ever paid for, this company and it's crew including the administrative staff were absolutely the BEST. Would recommend to anyone who wants to remember their move as a positive experience.

The crew was very careful and respectful. My whole house was being moved into storage and they did a terrific job making sure everything fit AND I could still access everything. I highly recommend University Moving!

Seeking an efficient, pleasant, stress-free move? This is the company for you! The office staff was friendly and more than willing to cope with my schedule. The movers were TIMELY, dedicated, technicians. I was settled in my new home in no time - and for a lot less money than other companies quoted. These people really know their stuff.

I had a lot of musical equipment and University Moving and Solutions did a quick and through job. They knew how to pack my sensitive equipment carefully and did it quickly. They also were a great help when they got to school as they helped me move heavy equipment where I needed it to go. They were friendly, cooperative, and did the job quickly. I also liked that you can always reach someone live on the phone when you needed to call them. I would recommend University moving and storage for your moving needs big or small.

Moving is normally rated as one of the most stressful activities of life, especially when residing in a home for more than 15 years. The quality of service, attention to detail and the overall professionalism provided my University Moving and Storage deserves a score of ONE MILLION!

We are very happy with how well we were treated and the care that they took with our items. We moved into temporary housing and we were concerned with what was being put in storage because we would not be able to access it for a few months. But they understood are needs and at times caught items that I missed. They were a Blessing!!!

Preliminary discussions and preparation prior to our move have made this stressful experience very bearable. The packing and loading on moving day was awsome. This is the moving service you are looking for. I can not express how pleased I was with this company. They were right to the point, yet friendly. I shopped around and I was pleased with their price too! I moved from Detroit to Farmington a couple of weeks ago and they had my furniture and valuables moved in no time. I was a little leary at first becuase they reschedule my time back a couple of hours and I wanted to make my move as early and quick as possible. They did make it there within the rescheduled time frame and they were professional, quick & friendly....... right up to the scheduling staff...thanks Teresa! I just refered a friend of mine. You will not be disappointed.

Starting with the office staff - Susan Burger and Joe Marcero are always courteous and quick to assist me with scheduling crews. The crews are always professional, courteous, and efficient when onsite for a move. University Moving & Storage is definitely NOT your typical moving company. They strive for the best and achieve that every time. I would recommend them to anyone!!

I cannot say enough good things about our experience with University Moving, from our relocation director Teresa Besse to Matt Adams and of course George, Justin and Bob. I recommend University Moving & Storage, without hesitation, to anyone looking for a professional, courteous and efficient team to help pack, move and/or store his or her possessions. I was impressed with the care the crew took in packing and labeling and packing my possessions. Their very fine performance was evident when I unpacked, after storing my items for almost a year: even the most delicate porcelain or glass item was intact; my rather weighty audio equipment was likewise well cushioned and protected, and books and CDs, etc. were packed in the exact order they were taken off the shelves, making reshelving a breeze; and even the tiniest parts, such as pins and screws for desks or bookcases taken apart for storage, were carefully preserved, packaged and clearly labeled. They made moving, an otherwise extremely stressful undertaking, seem almost effortless and perhaps even enjoyable. Definitely recommended!

University Moving and Storage is a very professional or organized moving company. Reasonably priced with great customer service is very hard to find these days, I’d recommend them to anybody.

We have used professional moving companies two previous times and for our third move, University Moving Services & Solutions has been the absolute BEST! We are making a Texas to Michigan move and the Michigan-based employees have been terrific. Our contact in Farmington, Teresa, has provided us with excellent, quick responses and has been there with us all the way. The packers and movers, Ken & Jay, came in and out in less time than anticipated and made the pack/load absolutely "painless". We will definitely recommend this North American company to friends and family. This is the way a major move should be done: professional, courteous, and actually fun!
