He's not kidding when he says he's open 24/7. Call Johnny Drain, any time, day or night, whatever the problem is, whether you know what it is or not, he'll find it and fix it. He finished one job to come straight to another at our home already late at night, and stayed until the job was complete, and cleaned up. He is more than reasonable with his fees, if anything, he was a complete STEAL for the service he provides. I'd recommend him to my mother, my best friend, or anyone who ever mentioned to me a backed up anything. Johnny Drain saved our home!!!!!!!

I was thankful called Johhny to service my house this weekend. To say i had a problem with flooding is an understand. Johhny fixed the problem professionally after his incredibly prompt arrival. He explained everything during the process in a way that I was able to truly understand. If you have plumbing needs YOU NEED TO CALL THIS CONTRACTOR, he is one in a million.

I called Johnny Drains for a clogged sewer in my house. When I called the gentleman was very polite and asked about the situation to see what he could do. I was given a price quote and he was at the house within the hour. Very professional and neat. I was very happy with the service. Highly recommend.

I called Johnny because of drainage problems/water backing up in our basement. He answered the phone right away, explained to me what could be the problem, what to do in the meantime, and quoted me a price over the phone. He came to the house ON TIME, and was very courteous and professional. He got the job done quickly and got it done right. It didn't cost me an arm and a leg, very reasonable price. To start off Johnny Drain's was on time. Showed up exactly at the agreed upon time. I needed maintenance on my sewer . He got rite to work on the job. I also requested some addition work on the house lines. He took care of the additional lines. He was neat, he gave me advice on maintaining the lines and he was reasonably priced. I was very happy with the work and would recommend him to friends.

We had a problem with the basement water coming on last weekend. We called him and he was on time, he told us were the problem was and fix it. His price was very reasonable and we would like to say Johnny Drain's Sew service was excellent and we appreciated and recommend so far.

Johnny was very pleasent to work with, he was upfront with his estimate and did not suprirse us with any crazy bill. He made recommendations on what we needed to do and we would hire him again.

When you have a problem with a drain or asewage that you think it can not be ftx,dont get fustrated just leave to johnny and he will take care of it like he did for me. I had a big problem with my basement with water coming in everytime that it rained, and it was just driving me nuts because i had to spent 2 to 3 hours cleaning it up, until one night that i saw a van parked on 21st and 23ave,i took his phone number from the van and called him.He came to my house and told me were the problem was exactly,without giving me the runaround...HE gave me the price to fix it and i agreed to it... To this date ,june 23rd, couple of my neighbors have gotten water in their basementsbut not me. Now ,i think of recomending him to anyone that has a problem with their drain or sewer and need a true professional at anytime of the day or night.Just today, he took care of another headed that i had with a bathtub,which the water kept going slowed no matter what i did or other plumbers did.I am very satisfy with the way Mr Johnny took care of me and i will always recomend him....

We are completely clueless when it comes to plumbing. We had water bills that were spiking and sewage appearing in our downstairs bathroom which caused us to seek a plumber. I called Johnny Drain and he was available immediately. Over the phone, Johnny took his time explaining what the problems could be. I appreciated the time he took on the phone to explain things to us. We scheduled an appointment for the next day. Johnny came on time as promised and checked out our two bathrooms. He determined that the spike in our water bill was due to a leaky toilet and that the sewage in our downstairs bathroom was most likely a sign that our pipes needed to be serviced. He worked for nearly three hours on servicing our sewage pipes and clearly explained why we were getting the backup in our downstairs bathroom. After he completed that, he replaced the flapper in our upstairs toilet (which was causing the leaky toilet) at no extra charge. Johnny's service was impeccable but what we most appreciated was the time he took to explain what was wrong, his courteous nature, and his reasonable prices. His service also comes with a 90 day warrantee which can't be beat. Overall, we'd hire Johnny anyday and recommend him to anyone who is in need of fast and honest service. Thanks Johnny!

I called Johnny Drain on a Sunday afternoon and he arrived in about 30 minutes. He was able to clear a difficult clog in the house drain. It was not a routine problem, but he took his time, tried several different techniques and did not give up until it was fixed. I was very impressed and also very happy with his price, which was much better than the quote I got from RotoRooter. I highly recommend Johnny Drain!

Good plumbing did all they can to fix problem and beyond. He wasn't one of those people who wanted to come in and leave just to make a quick buck, he took his time and analyzed the problem and did a great job. If you have a plumbing problem go to him he will make your life easier and what he quotes you will be the price.
