i would highly recommend these guys...had a sewer related issue..they were at the house within a 1/2 of the call..problem fixed within an hr and half...good stuff!

Roto- rooter fixed our sewer problem the same day. They did a great job and had a service person out to the house within two hours of calling them. I will call them again if we have problems in the future.

I called Roto-Rooter to come look at my dishwasher that would not drain. They sent someone to my house within 30 minutes and he had the problem fixed within 15 minutes! I would say the service and time frame was outstanding! The only negative would be that he went ahead and fixed the problem without giving me a quote for how much it would cost first, so I was surprised when he told me it was already fixed and what the cost would be. It would have been nice to know that before he fixed it so that if it had been out of my price range, i could have let him know.

They did a great job!! We needed Sunday service and they were on time and helped right away. Thanks so much!!!

Great job getting the tree roots out of my lines and keeping them out. I haven't had any trouble since I started routine Root Destroyer treatments.

Roto-Rooter Plumbers have to come out about once a year to make sure my main line is clear of roots and other stuff… They are always professional and quick. Now they are including camera service with all main line clean out which is great. Lets you know right away if you have or are going to have problems and where its at… Great Service, Thanks Dax, our technician…

We had been having trouble with our toilets since we tiled both bathroom floors (they used to be a thick carpet). We had tried several solutions on our own, but finally got frustrated enough that we called Roto-Rooter. They came out, inspected both toilets (they were having different issues) and fixed both quickly and efficiently. The plumber was very helpful and knowledgeable. We also had a dip in the lawn in front of our house that was directly over a sewage drain and asked for the video inspection. While the technician did the inspection (which thankfully turned up nothing) he informed us of what we were looking at and suggestions for keeping it running smoothly. It's nice to have the peace-of-mind that the dirt just settled, versus our drainage being compromised.

Called @ 11am on Staurday 10-09-2010 and Dax was there within 2 hours. He has been here before and does a fantastic job, We have a sewage uplift tank with 2 grinder pumps. He has to go down in the pit and fix it and never complains. He and Roto-Rooter are GREAT. Thanks

We could not find the sewer clean out line. Roto-Rooter inserted a camera down our sewer vent and located the clean out line in just a few minutes. They dug away the dirt covering the clean out and left everything in good order. Thanks for a job well done.

Dax from Fort Wayne Roto-Rooter just stopped by to clean out a slow drain. He was exceptionally helpful and full of knowledge. I would certainly use Roto-Rooter again because of Dax. He was an honest straight shooter with lots of information and a real professional. I have always felt that if the company treats its employees right then they will treat their customers right. Dax is a real asset to the company and makes it look good.

Our technician, Rob, arrived promptly, neatly dressed and greeted me courteously. He was able to diagnose the problem right away and get to work. He quoted me a price before starting so I'd know what to expect. The work took quite some time and he had to come back another day to finish, but we were very pleased with the work and solution to our problem. We will recommend Roto Rooter to our friends and neighbors.

I can't say enough about this service call. My water heater busted. I called and a technician was at my place within an hour. I had a new water heater in place within 2 hours. Dax was great! I'll be sure to call them again and again!!!

Tree roots are what made my drains backup. Good thing I knew who to call....Roto-Rooter. They are quick and very professional. Drains were cleared out in no time.

On Wednesday, August 11, my husband called Roto-Rooter to schedule them to come out and snake the bathroom drain. We had been noticing that the toilet was having problems flushing on a regular basis without the use of a plunger. He explained that we were having family come visit in a few days for an extended stay and we were concerned about problems. (Grandkids and plungers don't seem to go together !)

They sent a tech over that day, within hours of the call, and he did an excellent job! Thank you for the help and taking away our worries !!

The plumber Ed who came out and serviced our basement by running an auger through did so very professionally. Was a very friendly person and very knowledgeable. His services were pleasant and accurately done.

The plumber did an excellent job and was a professional, I will definitely be calling him again if I ever need work done in the future.

While washing some dirty laundry on Saturday morning, I noticed my toilet and sinks started to make a gurgling noise. Before long I realized that water was overflowing onto my floors by the washer and onto the carpet. I started to panic and had no idea who to call. I called 3 companies that had reputable names. Roto-Rooter was the first plumbing company I called. Elizabeth answered the phone right away and answered all of my questions. She told me somebody would be out today and that there was not extra charge for Saturday. I called 2 more businesses to get a comparison and I knew immediately that I would be calling Elizabeth at Roto-Rooter back to schedule an appointment.

Mike was at my house within a few hours of calling. He worked very hard in the hot, humid weather to get the tree roots out of our plumbing drain. At one point he told me that he couldn’t clear it out and I would need to get a special tool that would cost more money, but he kept working at the clog and he finally got my drain clean and saved me quite a bit of money. This first time experience made me a Roto-Rooter Life Time Customer. I will definitely use them again.
