We had a plumbing emergency on a Sunday. The service guy came quickly and fixed our problem very efficiently. Thank you.

Nothing but the best from the crew that came to my house. Professional, reasonably priced, and extremely knowledgeable. Answered all of my questions, and left the job like they found it. Now I "know" somebody in the business, and wouldn't think of using anybody else.

We have used roto rooter several times over the last twenty years. They always do a great job. Very quick and courteous! Rob is especially nice. I'm sure we will use them again in the future.

Called on Sunday morning and a real live person answered the phone! Rob the plumber showed up at my door 30 minutes later! The job was handled in a very professional manner. I have used Roto-Rooter in the past and they will be the first company I call the next time I need plumbing services.

Very timely!! I set up the appt. between 12-2 and the lady from the office called and said there was an opening in my area at 10 am! The plumber, Ed, was quick, courteous, and fixed our problem. Great service!

Dax came out and took care of the problem ... very nice to talk with and showed me a thing or two about how to find water under the ground! Cool!

I just wanted to say that Dax was extremely customer focused was in and out in no time, and very kind to my chatty 4 year old...Thanks Dax and the price was very reasonable.

I paid $206 for a technician to come out, clean out the pipe. The blade broke 5 min into it. A new blade was not put on. He just cleaned it out with the snake and no blade. After finished he said it was good except my floor drain would be slow. When I figured out 4 days later that my sewage was still coming up my floor drain i called them. They would not come out and remedy the problem for free. I was told it would cost me again. To me that is a lot of money to flush down the toilet when nothing else will flush or drain.



Not impressed and very frustrated!!

Roto-rooter was called to our house on Saturday morning the day before Easter and was there immediately. Diagnosed the problem and even offered suggestions on how to save some money fixing the problem. The repair technician returned on Monday and was very courteous and helpful in rectifying the situation. Will definitely use this service again if the need arises.

Technician was quick and efficient! Our drain was unclogged in less than 20 minutes! Great job!

Was out to my house quickly. Took care of the problem quickly. Made recomendations for future problems, how to get a handle on it now. Was friendly and professional.

They were very quick, they even were able to come earlier than originally planned. I had lots of questions and he answered them very thoroughly. He didn't 'beat around the bush', he came in, did what he had to do and was very curteous, letting me know my options. I had just cleaned my bathroom the day before he came to snake my toilet drain and I figured, "oh great, my bathroom is going to be soooo dirty when he's done!", and it was exactly the opposite. He cleaned up any mess he made and even brought in a mat of his own to place his equipment on, as to not dirty my rug or floors. He didn't try to pull any fast ones on me, just told it to me straight!!I will definitely use them again and suggest others do the same!!

We heat with geothermal and have really hard water so occasionally our sump drain gets clogged with sludge. Roto Rooter came out in bad weather, got to our house when they said they would, and got the job done quickly and without making a mess in my finished basement. I just thought it was awfully expensive. Thanks for a professional job.

EMERGENCY - our downstairs shower and commode were backing up... we didn't know what to do, especially late on Saturday afternoon. Calls to two other companies provided no results. One call to Roto-Rooter and within minutes Mike, our service technician, returned our call and estimated his time of arrival. I explained the problem and Mike told me what the problem may be. He prepared me for the worst. Within the hour, another phone call to let me know that his earlier appointment didn't take as long as expected and he would be arriving earlier than expected. This was much appreciated. Mike arrived and then assessed the problem and returned shortly with the supplies he needed to do the worst case scenario job. With thoughts of a several hundred dollar job in my head, I was not looking forward to the next two hours. Mike got to work, resolved the problem quickly and put all back in place; all under estimate and under the two hour job estimate. The honesty and integrity was very much appreciated. I would have no problems asking Roto-Rooter back to my home. Thanks Mike and thanks Roto-Rooter.

It was 3am and I'm sitting in my kitchen studying for my math class. Suddenly, I heard a hiss and a loud pop! Next, I see and hear water spraying through the slatted door of the kitchen closet where my water heater and furnace are located. Yes, unfortunately these two are in the same closet and it is a tight space to work in. I paniced and ran for towels yelling for my husband who was in bed sleeping. Did I forget to mention it was 3 am? Well, he was holding the towels over the gushing water while I tried to remember which of the three handles was for the water main so I could shut it off. During all this time the water is spreading out and through the wall to my bathroom. Once the water was shut off and I calmed down a little I called Roto-Rooter (they had just been here last week for my kitchen sink). I spoke with the plumber who answered after hours and told him some of the details. He quoted me a price without looking at the problem and told me what the service fee was at that hour. I opted to call back the office at 8am to schedule the service call so I could consider what might have to be done and how I was going to pay for fixing the problem. They beat me to the punch and called me back first. I was so worried I would have to replace my water heater because the pipe broke in the connector joining the water to the heater. He said that it would be tricky since the piece he needed was not readily available since it was Saturday. He took the old pipe back to the shop and soldered a new fitting from the old pipe. He put the new pipe on, fired up the water heater, and was informative when I asked questions. I am so grateful he was able to do the work with a minimum of cost! Roto-Rooter has come through once again!

...and not a toilet would flush! I called Roto-Rooter and within a half hour Kris arrived. Young Kris was professional, courteous, respectful, thorough and thoughtful. He was attentive to detail and careful not to track dirt in the house. He asked appropriate questions to diagnose the problem and answered all my questions. Kris is a credit to his profession and an excellent representative of Roto-Rooter! I am very pleased with the service I received, would use them again if necessary, and will refer others to Roto-Rooter. Merry Christmas!

The service man came to my home becouse of a drain.He was very friendly and know lot about pluming. ,He saw what the problem was,than he walked me throw what he was about to do, with in forty-five minutes. my drain was open.He even cleaned up around the drain.



Roto Rooter is my first and only call, if I have drain trouble.
