I was highly disappointed and ...

I was highly disappointed and very angry about my experience with Randalll Reed's Prestige Ford because they told me they could get me into a car, and they did, but then I got a call telling me I had to bring the car back a few days later because they supposedly found something on my credit after the fact! This was after they had already pulled my credit and said everything was good to go 2 days prior. I had signed all of the paperwork and everything. I will never reccommend these people to anyone I know or to a stranger. Why would you let me drive off the lot in the car saying everything is great and then renig on what was done already, or not thoroughly checking everything before I left the damn dealership? They aren't thorough nor is their customer service on point! NEVER EVER GO HERE unless you are desparate, and even then, you never know what you're going to get or experience!
