I have owned 13 cars over the past 43 years, and have spent a lot of time at countless brands of dealerships. I would say that the thing that most impresses me about Jennings is that no matter what service advisor you get, they all LISTEN, as in truly listen, before they jump to conclusions or take any actions here - best listeners at any car dealer I've ever seen. Then they complete the process by showing you why the actions they have taken have addressed the issues you have raised. Watching each car get a check on the wheel alignment while using the sensors and still sitting in the arrival alley is very cool and well thought out - an efficient and impressive move on Jenning's part for investing in this technology.

The sales associates were extremely professional and personable in their dealings with my wife and myself. We had previously gone to inquire about a car for our daughter who eventually chose a different type of car. So, we went back to get a new car for ourselves. The car we originally wanted was not available at this time so we decided to purchase a nicer model. They were very happy to have our business.

Worked with Josh Dessent on selecting our new Tahoe. He made it as painless as possible, while making sure he addressed every single question in detail. Wifey and I walked in, without an appointment on a Saturday. Yes, it was busy - but we were greeted, told to look around and let the front desk know if we had any questions. Shortly after, Josh checked in on us, took an audit of our needs / wants / wish list items and found the right car for us. A visit to the lot and a test drive and we parted ways. Josh followed up with me over email, and never once did he pressure me to "just come back in and we'll figure it out" as soooooo many dealerships try to do. He was patient and respectful, we sorted out price and terms all over email. He ran my credit, took my info and we set a time to grab the Tahoe. An hour after that I was out and about in my new SUV. I work in sales, all day everyday and this was textbook "customer needs come first".Thanks Josh and Jennings!
