Exceptional service, quick and extemely friendly. Pleasant experience, would definitely recommend to all friends and family. They explained all functions of the vehicle and even helped sync bluetooth to the vehicle.

Mac McElroy was very courteous, professional and willing to meet my needs. Service department seemed very busy and this probably caused the delay in completing my car's service needs in time promised. This was my family's first visit to Jennings Chevrolet and we would recommend them to anyone in a heartbeat. The staff was very friendly and helpful. I brought in my 2008 HHR for the ignition switch recall campaign. While there, the service folks noticed a few other things that needed attention, so I said "fine, let's do it". Unfortunately, this meant that the wait time was going to be several more hours than anticipated. Not a problem, as my Service Advisor arranged for a loaner car. This was over and above what I expected!

I worked with Abu Badar while purchasing a used Jeep at Jennings Chevrolet. At first I was less than impressed. The first time I looked at the vehicle, it was dirty on the inside, had a tear in the seat and didn't start. When I came back late on a Saturday, Abu had the vehicle detailed and it looked terrific. Abu and his sales manager stayed late to negotiate a deal which was complete about a half hour after closing time. The transaction took a sour note on Sunday, when the Jeep didn't start. It was determined the battery was bad and needed to be replaced. Monday I called Abu and told him what happened. He immediately apologized and told me to send him the bill. There was no argument or run-around with him and he did what was justified. As part of the sales terms, I returned later in the week to have the leather fixed at no charge. While Abu was busy with another customer, he made a point to come talk to me, and apologize again for the battery while I waited for the repair. I was very satisfied how Abu handled everything and the leather turned out terrific like he promised. There were many ways this situation could have been handled and I think Abu handled it in the best possible way for his customer. While I wasn't pleased I had to go through all of this, I am happy that everything turned out well and I am still satisfied.

I brought my 2012 Equinox in for it's first oil change. I called the day before to set up an appointment. Dana greeted me warmly when I arrived and told me of the special offer of having my tires rotated at the same time at a discount. The work was done and I was out in approx 1 hour.

We entered into this car purchase not knowing what brand or model we were looking for, let alone what dealership we were going to deal with. We were looking at the Equinox, Tucson, CRV and a few others in the same category. I started my search late on a Saturday night and received a reply from Jennings very quickly. I was thankful that most of the correspondence was done by e-mail and everyone respected the fact that we were still researching. Since the dealership is close by, my daughters and I made an unscheduled visit to test drive an Equinox. We did not feel rushed and test drove a number of models. Once we had decided on the Equinox, most negotiations took place by e-mail which save a lot of time and energy. We felt that we were given a very fair price from the start so it made our decision to go with an Equinox from Jennings a relatively easy one.



The actual purchase of the Equinox was quick and efficient. My wife and I did not feel pressured into additional purchases which is the part of car buying I normally dread. Throughout the entire process everybody involved was friendly, courteous and professional. At no point did we experience the pushiness or pressure I have normally associated with car buying. I would heartily recommend Jennings Chevrolet.

Lenny spent a lot of time working with us to get the car we were buying. He was friendly and accomedating during the whole process. The sale took us after the dealership closed and he stayed until everything was complete.

This is my 7th Chevy that Abu has helped me choose...Love the 2014 Equinox!!!!!! He helped me learn all the bells and whistles that this vehicle has to offer and is never too busy to call to see how things are going....Since my vehicles are leased ,I am at Jennings every 3 yrs. to trade in my car. I choose to keep driving chevys because I love the product,The Jennings Sales,Service dept. and BodyShop, I highly recommend, and have used all at one time or another over the years.

I recently purchased a brand new Chevy Sonic LT. This was after test driving several other makes/models at other dealerships. At no point did any of the other dealers make me feel as welcome and comfortable as Brandon at Jennings did. He's extremely courteous, knowledgeable and professional. I did not feel any pressure to buy and was very satisfied with the overall buying experience. I would certainly refer friends and family to Jennings and, in particular, to Brandon Johnson.

My car had some troubles and I brought it to Jennings for repair under warranty. Done perfectly and faster than expected. When they brought my car around, driver thought my one tire was low and took it back to check. Did I mention it's 20 below outside, too? Great job, Jennings.

Their service department, knows how to make a profit!!My wife brought my car there for an oil change and the next thing she knew they were calling her to tell her the car did not pass a safety check and needed close to a thousand dollars in repairs....I called the dealership and told them I wasnt interested....and for good reason. If you do go there, better get a 2nd opinion especially at their labor rates!

Unethical Business

DON'T BUY A CAR FROM THEM!!!! The most unethical, unprofessional business I've ever dealt with. We had rude interactions with people from sales and management, all the way up to the GM and the owner! Both the GM and the owner have hung up on us. We bought a van, with a warranty and when we took the van in for repair they told us we didn't have a warranty. After months, the owner finally agreed to help us pay for a warranty. However, because of the pre-existing condition we still couldn't get the AC fixed. On top of it all, the owner suggested we wait a few months and try to get it fixed under the new warranty. We were very uncomfortable with the unethical suggestion and therefore will have to pay for the repairs out of our pocket. Beware!!! They will say anything to get the sale or get you to do what they want. Another dealership told us that they were not surprised and that they were aware of their "shady deals" from Jennings. DON'T BUY A CAR FROM THEM!!!!
