I believe in treating others the way I want to be treated and it was noticeable that this company believes in the same thing. When I was waiting on my truck, they picked me up from the airport and put me into a hotel. I enjoyed the positive atmosphere and all their help. I am happy with my Volvo 770 and have not had any issues with it. I feel good about if anything did happen, they would be there to happily help me and fix the issues.

The breakdown team helped me and had positive energy throughout the entire ordeal. I enjoyed working with them and they did everything they said they wouldd. And I was back on the road in no time.

I heard of this company from a friend and was told to go there when I was looking for a 379 Pete. I was very happy when I felt with them. Everyone was extremely helpful and my salesman worked hard to find me the perfect truck for me. I was able to get the truck and be on my way quickly. Anything that needed repairs, they got it in their shop and quickly fixed it for me. Great place that i will recommend.

he breakdown group did exactly what I was told they would do for me, they got me to a shop and got my work started on it and dealt with the shop and mechanics and all so I didn't have to and I felt like I wasn't having to talk to five hundred different people about the problem because they took care of everything for me. Its a good little group and they know their stuff.

I went to American Truck Group in Atlanta which from what I was told is a fairly new location for them. With 3 locations in all, it makes it easy to get to them. Being a newer location, I was hesitant at first that they may not have had their stuff all together. Boy! Was I wrong! I found the 2013 Kenworth T600 that I wanted and was able to get my payments low enough for me to afford the truck I always wanted. I was very happy with this company and their help and their services. Thank you ATG!

When my truck broke down ATG happily helped me. They picked me and my truck up and assisted me. I was quickly back on the road and have not had any issues since. I know ATG is a place I trust and would recommend it to others.

I had a wonderful experience with American Truck Group. I had a small antifreeze leak and brought in my truck for them to fix it. They were friendly and positive people with a clean atmosphere and were able to fix my leak quickly. I have not had anymore problems with my truck either.

Anytime I pass through the area, or one of their 3 locations, I stop in for a nice wash. Clean and positive atmosphere with a very helpful staff. From the first phone call, they have remained on their game and have been a pleasure to talk to. Always friendly service and a personal interest they take in you that you cannot beat.

Wonderful customer service and the breakdown team were life savers. They were able to get me in a kenworth that made me happy with my payments. The options they gave me were great and definitely made me happy. One stop shop!

Our current rig isn't California complaint and recently we were offered a great run through Cali. The first reason we came here. The only place that would let you get a truck with low a down payment and didnt worry with extending our credit on buying one straight out, plus they carry the new models we were want.

The staff was attentive to our visit and the salesman showed us around the lot, told us about the pond and the animals, just a very welcoming guy you could tell he loves his job. Everyone there seemed to welcome us, by the way, not just him. I definitely knew we made the right choice when we looked at our truck. It is the one I will be driving, we are putting my brother in the Pete. We are so very excited, love the inside of the cab and all the storage and curtains! It is like a new home on wheels.

The breakdown team were on top of their game. I would suggest this place to anyone I know with a truck. They were able to put me in a beautiful pete with affordable payments. I loved how helpful everyone was and am happy to know they have more than one location if I need any assistance on the road.

Willam assisted us with the truck when we were having probems with our DEF system. We talked to him several times when getting the truck back to the shop. He was very helpful during the whole process an put our worries at ease.

We looked into buying a truck from Freightliner and was going to just borrow fro bank. We were prepared with a small down, but the bank wanted more than we could come up with. Then the bank denied our loan request for the truck.

After that experience it felt like we had wasted a lot of time going in the wrong direction. We still need a truck tho. and fast!



We came to American Truck Group to see about the no credit check and we already had 3k to get a down payment started. This was handled over the phone, them we found our truck with Denise help and put the money down on it. Came to get the truck and sign the paperwork. It was a long day but we got everything taken care of.

I have to say from the start of my problem I was assisted with much care and consideration. Ms. Dawn directed me to go to their overflow shop in Mississippi. to make my repairs quick. William and Lisa stayed on the phone with me three way with mechanic at 10 at night to help me. I was able to get to Gulf Coast without needing a tow. I am so appreciative of Dawn's help. She kept me from being discouraged and reminded me that with driving small problems occur. I appreciate the extra distance she went to encourage me to not give up. When I arrived at American Truck Group Gulfport, I was immediately greeted by everyone from my Breakdown Team, Customer Service Rep, and the Sales Manager Clint. I ended up getting into a bigger truck to better fit my hauls. I am very satisfied with American Truck Group.

My breakdown was a major problem. William has went to bat for me. he took a $6000 bill and cut it by $2800. That's a lot of money. I really appreciate that he got them to come down on parts prices to make this a more affordable repair. On top of that, American Truck group is helping pay the bill because I am a Platinum member. The breakdown Team took this from a situation that could have put me out of business to a doable repair. I can get back on the road and make some money. The wait was worth the savings. thanks

The Team worked very hard to find a shop to do my repairs. This was not an easy task to backup with the holidays. We accomplished it together. I got my repair done at an outside shop with help from American Truck Group and the 65 50/50 platinum service plan. This is the whole reason that I signed up with the company. The warranty really helps you with unexpected problems that happen. Thanks again

The breakdown team is awesome. Everyone is friendly and ready to help anytime. I had a breakdown in the middle of the night. William stayed on the phone with me until a wrecker and a shop was secured to due my repairs at a reasonable price. Dawn ordered my parts at their price and had them shipped so I did not have to pay marked up prices on parts. I had tracking numbers and was kept updated everyday in my trucks status. This can mean the difference between making a living and not. They all make keeping our costs down their top priority for the drivers. This is the kind of service you get with being a Platinum member. If you run into problems to far away from the three main shops, American Truck Group will help you with the new 50/50 plan for outside shops. If you have any questions, they are glad to explain. its great not to have to worry if you are being taken care of and informed. Thanks for all your help.

The truck we originally wanted had super singles on it so we asked to switch us to a different unit with tandems, but same down payment. Jimmy was our salesman and he managed to get us switched before the other truck we wanted was gone. W e had to wait a few extra days before picking up the unit so in the meanwhile we were checking out our DOT and authority options. We were relieved when we came to sign contract, they have a department there that assists you with this and they helped us get the right information to them that we needed to get our 48 state plate. You really can't beat the services they offer for a truck dealer.
