I got this truck not being sure of what to expect. I have always in the past used truck-lease companies. The price is what attracted me to this one. I have two units that I keep up so I bought this one for my extra, so I don't have to pack one on a trailer from place to place. When I checked it out at the dealership it came in great condition and started right up. The first thing I noticed was the turning radius " It is awesome and tight!" I have hauled with it about four times now and drives perfectly. The only downfall it had was the fact it does not have APU. Engine has plenty of power, it's not to loud, and operates smoothly. Fantastic deal for the money. I am surprisingly pleased with it. I will get another one if I need to.

Just leaving in my second truck, they had so many newer nicer trucks on their lot this time, I need to bring my other one back and trade it in while the picking is good. This truck was even less down than my first one which was close to double the down. They have made their down payments a lot more affordable and I will recommend to a friend.

We got a truck from here to help with our outgoing hauls. We saw it as a quick inexpensive way to expand. Usually pull oversized loads, so my weekly payments are very affordable. Trever was great.

I did get the semi truck from them. It was very nice place, very nice people helped me and work with me to get the right paperwork. I have the money, not the credit. This was great opportunity for me and my business. Thank you American Trucks

I'm getting back on the road today and my experience with the breakdown service was really nice actually. I was only out a few days. I spoke with my rep today about payments and my truck had 3 days of shop time, taking that off my payment due on Friday. I never had to get a deferment before I am better at that, but it actually wasn't that much when break it down by the day, but when money is not generating, it can be a big help. so thanks to the GM that approved it, so wanted to let you know this is the best part of your program.

The fella who runs this place is EXTREMELY pleasant. He made us feel very welcome, chatted, and put us in a very good mood for the day. He placed a lot of effort into making our time spent with them a nice experience. I will definitely be back to do more business with them.

The only time I ever have had any trouble getting my truck worked on is when it has to go to what they call an "outside shop." Thought this was going to be the case this weekend when my truck threw codes in Texas on Saturday afternoon. I called to get my repair approved early enough, trying to get the ball rolling before garages and offices close nearby. The guy that helped me on the phone made special arrangements, he knew the owner to shop 15miles away and told me to get it there within the hour, and they got me in that afternoon. A+ service to both and it was very much so appreciated.

Just making our second payment on the new Cascadia we went back for and wanted to say about my CSR that she really helped with pushing the communication to their compliance department with this second truck. I never did get thru to them but Karin helped me take care of my issue. from working with us while we were getting going in our first truck, to assisting with putting this second one out here, Karin has been great.

They took my 99 Century trade and gave me a fair value towards my closing fees and down payment. I know my old freight liner needed more work than I could afford to put into it to sell for a decent price, so I am grateful they took it for a trade. I got a 2013 Cascadia, beautiful interior, so many storage departments with doors that stay closed! I am really enjoying this truck. It leaves me wondering if I should trade in my old bike now and get another one.

So glad this place was pet friendly, I bring my Boston Terrier Zac everywhere with me and it never seems to surprise me the people who do not want pets indoors. Not a problem here tho, everyone who met Zac was very friendly and stopped to pet him. We waited in the lobby and watched TV while my dad closed on his truck. Nice place, nice people.

My first truck I bought from a local owner operator who had a truck up for sale. but I didn't have any credit so I called to see if he would allow me to put 1200 down and just make payments every week. The problem with that was I didn't get a warranty that way. As soon as I started having problems with the truck, and couldn't get it in a shop of come up with the money to fix, and they escalated from minor to major quickly. So glad to have these guys so I can prevent having to be in that situation ever again. here I got approved on my first phone call. I like the assistance they give with getting compliant and my down payment was only 2990, closing costs were an extra thousand, and I was out the door~ my payments with tags and insurance are in the 650 range don't know if this is high or low for them but just to give you an idea.

I prefer to come to this location in Mississippi, they have all the right resources for your truck. The people at this store are nicer. Best yet,the exit is very convenient to get off at with a Flying J, Waffle house and hotel right there.

I was really just looking up the phone number on google when I started to read some reviews and thought I would put in my 2 cents. Looking for a truck seemed exciting at first until I realized all the things I was going to have to do before I could even hit the road, and then on top of that I was having a hard time dealing with my bank about the trucks I was looking at. I was looking to buy this 2009 Volvo from Arrow trucks - got overwhelmed with all the nit pick and paperwork and needed and I started looking around again which is how I found this company. They were consistent with keeping me updated on my approval status, truck arrival and did all the paperwork to get me compliant and not have to deal with it all myself. I actually prefer to use the services and shop help they offer than to have to work it all out on my own.

This is response for my father. He is a Spanish speaking driver, but William took the time to go through the steps with me to reset my fathers truck over the phone. I interpreted for him. I was very glad he had patience to help him. After we were done, my father was on the road at no charge to him. Such nice people. Ms. Fiorella is always there to help with any concerns. She is our Spanish speaking customer service representative. This company is a great help to our family to earn money. Very pleased to do business with.

I can't complain about anything. My truck wouldn't do a regen. I contacted the breakdown team, told them the trouble I was having with the regen and they told me to go to this nearby shop they found. It only took an hour for that shop to fix the problem and I was first in line there when I arrived. Very satisfied with the assistance.

Any truck can look good on the outside and even have nice bunks, but what I'm looking for is a a used truck that has been kept up and RUNS WELL! I did like one of the other cabs better than the truck I left in, and I was only considering a truck with at least 13 speed trans/but mine had all the right specs, Ready for any load now, big or small!

I'm not writing to tell you how beautiful the trucks are,anyone who has looked at their inventory will tell you that.I'd like to tell you about my trip to the facility in MS.Located in modern building on quiet exit.I got a warm greeting when I arrived& the saleslady asked if I had time for a quick tour.First went to the truck wash& she explained how the filtration system works.The washequipment is all modern and the work area was organized.From there- straight across the line of trucks to mechanic shop-I could see shop had top of the line equipment and the work area was kept tidyEvery bay was full with mechanics doing their thing.The Body Shop was next,with an area for body work&well lit paint room.To sum up my trip lets just say that if was going to start a small business I would like to see exactly what I saw there,happy helpful people all pulling in the same direction.So c'mon people this is America and this is exactly how it was built.Get out and vote& let's push them over the top.

I definitely got what I needed here. This place is great! It has a family atmosphere, quality service, and nice vehicles. It's hard to see from the interstate, but this place is definitely worth a try for anyone who wants to increase their fleet for extra revenue!

Man these guys at breakdown are a live saver. They just saved me over $2300 in parts by sending them at wholesale price to where I was in the shop. That's a lot of money. I am just one driver among many and they took the time to order my parts and ship them 2 day freight to get me back on the road. Also the Mr. Ralph, the general manager, stepped in to assist in getting me straight. This was a major breakdown, but i have been in the truck almost 2 years. You can expect to have to do some work after putting that many miles on the truck. Just so thankful for the whole team at American Truck Group for their efforts.
