We are an Accounting firm with never enough time or employees to do the work. Recently we took on a new client because the current accountant was retiring. She was a good bookkeeper but took too much time with a few of the tasks like bank reconciliations. There was not a great deal of turnover time but when we asked about Merchantant Services reports we were told that it was not important. Today, we called and spoke to Shawny M. And she delivered! Shawny signed us up, gave us detailed procedures for finding the reports and then exporting. All with a bad phone connection. After no more than 30 minutes, we thanked her and then got to work. It only took us a few minutes to fine the three reports, export, & print. Then, we completed the reconciliation in under 10 minutes. I may actually look at switching my own Merchant service account to your company! Thank You, Shawny.

Tiffany helped me complete my PCI compliance questionnaire. She was so sweet to stay on the line with me throughout the entire process. We were done in no time flat and she answered all of my questions and Tiffany was very knowledgeable.

Heather has continually given me very knowledgeable and positive customer support. She has gone out of her way to make sure that I was aware of open batches on 2 different occasions, concerned that I may not have completely understood the process. Service was quick and efficient once you get past the automated system. Chose option for technical support-needed help with password lockout and the phone system indicated account numbers to select from and our number wasn't an option and chose the option that I didn't know the number when I did. Anyway problem is solved now.
