Courtney was very helpful and answered all of my questions about Voice authorizations. Yeah! .

We had some sensitive issues with a few transactions and Marc (and really everyone I've spoken with in regards to this matter) has been great to work with!

Jim did a fine job training us. He was very patient and detailed in his explanations. .

Everything went well, I'm not a a good technical skilled person and John was very patient. thank you:)

I had questions regarding our credit card processing and since we have had no rep I called the customer service line. Courtney answered my call and easily answered all of my questions. She also made suggestions to improve my service and to help with future card processing. Then she emailed paperwork I needed to return and gave me her info so that I could speak with her directly. Since she was familiar with my company info, contacting her again would save me time. It was a very good experience with Courtney.

Uncomplicated equipment....easily understood instructions for setup.....pleasant support staff. Looking forward to using my new equipment!

The support was very helpful. Michael was patient and worked through the problems we were having with our terminal. It was giving me a total for the day on the Daily Settlement, but was not itemized. This should hopefully be fixed now. I won't know for sure until we have a day with more than one credit card purchase.

Everything was installed just fine and terms etc... were fully explained in a nice simple way. Which I certainly appreciate.
