I had questions regarding our credit card processing and since we have had no rep I called the customer service line. Courtney answered my call and easily answered all of my questions. She also made suggestions to improve my service and to help with future card processing. Then she emailed paperwork I needed to return and gave me her info so that I could speak with her directly. Since she was familiar with my company info, contacting her again would save me time. It was a very good experience with Courtney.

The support was very helpful. Michael was patient and worked through the problems we were having with our terminal. It was giving me a total for the day on the Daily Settlement, but was not itemized. This should hopefully be fixed now. I won't know for sure until we have a day with more than one credit card purchase.
