I went into the dealership with payment expectations realistic with my household income, and they wholeheartedly honored this without hassle. By far, this has been the least complicated, most fastidious vehicle purchase I have ever had. Andre was absolutely wonderful with negotiating and navigating this process. Wonderful experience at Merchant. This was our first time here and couldn't be happier with the staff. Andre was attentive and helped us get the deal we needed to affored the vehicle we wanted. Tim and Gordon in the finance dept worked to help us with a great rate and warranty.
