Great service - Zach made life especially easy

I came to Merchants because I needed an automobile. My old VW wasn't cutting it any more. Due to a disability 7 years ago, It's been an arduous task getting anything financed . The excellent staff took care of me and put me into a 2012 Nissan Rogue which I could not be happier with. The salesperson, Lisa Petrocelli, was super awesome. She was professional, kind, understanding, and did not take me over the coals. I'm ecstatic!

My husband and I decided to stop in to Merchants to look at cars. Was not expecting to buy that day. However, with the help of Ryan Spada, he helped us into a car that fits our family and a payment that we can afford. Ryan was very patient and professional.

Happened to be in Manchester one day and I decided to go into Merchants auto, since they have such a wide selection of cars, and get an idea of what's out there today. Ryan Spada met me on the lot, he was great! Ryan appreciated that I was just looking, very unsure of what I was looking for. He took the time to listen and try to decifer what I was thinking. After looking at 15 cars and testing driving a few, I went home. I did a little comparing online and returned 2 days later. Great service. NO pressure.

I came into merchants auto today with the mindset of lookimg for a new car to replace mine. The sales person (Ryan Spada) was very helpful in getting a very favorable loan rate especially since I didnt have any credit. I was looking to compare a purchase to a lease from another company and Ryan was able to fight for me and secured a better deal than the lease. I am ver happy with the deal i got.

I did due process with three area dealers and Merchants Auto had the best deal on the lowest milage car. At the dealership, Lisa Petrucelli was a pleasure to work with. Explained all variables and made the process of finalizing the deal a piece of cake. Will look forward to dealing with again in five years.

Merchants Auto and Rudy Makara were absolutely amazing! They got me exactly what I wanted and never stopped trying to get me a better deal. They even called me the next day with a fantastic deal even after I had already filled out all the paperwork. Very caring staff that didn't pressure me into anything like most dealerships do. So I bought my truck form Merchants, I was happy with the process. And they delivered it to me in Massachusetts which was great. I had one problem, which was a communication problem, not a vehicle problem. Marcus stepped up and fixed the problem as soon as he became aware of it. Merchants does care and they want the customer to be happy. Will recommend them and will buy from them again.
