I live out of town but anytime I come to town I go there for supplies and to find out about anything new. Lee is always there to help. He is very good to my daughter who goes there quite often. Great customer service!

I go to this store or just give them a call whenever I have a question about my Quattro sewing machine or any supplies for it. They always either have the answer or call me back with the answer very quickly. I even had a project for my step-daughter's wedding that was right at the deadline. Lee took the time to set up my machine in thier classroom and let me finish it there in case I had any problems. They always go over and above on customer service!! Great place!!

"Found" this business at International Quilt Festival in Houston in 2007. Couldn't be happier!! Bought my Brother Duetta 4500-D and my Brother Innovis 40 there. Wonderful people!! So wonderful, in fact, that I am a member of both Janome and Brother clubs, and drive 130 miles one way twice a month for club meetings. Knowledgeable staff, great service, and all around nice people!!

I went into the store and was greeted by Lee, he was extremely helpful! I had to order replacement parts for my Kirby vacuum and he didn't know the answer but did not hesitate to call for clarification and pricing for the parts that I needed! He also knew exactly what type of replacement bags I needed as well. He took the time to take my cell phone and email address to contact me with the pricing of the parts, that's going above and beyond! Thanks again Lee!

The staff here is very helpful. It doesn't matter if you are buying a machine or embroidery products. They are very knowledgeable. When they service the machine, they are very prompt!

This shop is wonderful! I went in wanting to purchase what I thought was the machine for me. But being a novice, I didn't know much. Lee was so patient with me explaining each machine and what each could do. I purchased a machine I am thrilled with and excited that I can grow into it, which was my original intention. I will definitely recommend this shop.

I took mine and my MIL old Singers into the Sewing and Vacuum Warehouse. The gentleman was very helpful and in fact took my old machines in as trade and I got a shiny new Janome!! Love this place!

My old Singer sewing machine bit the dust and I took it to Sewing and Vacuum Warehouse where Paul looked at it and we determined it made more sense to replace the machine than repair it. I explained my basic sewing needs and budget and he only showed me those machines that fit my criteria. I decided on the Janome Magnolia 7330 and couldn't be happier. Paul did a great job explaining the new machine to me and I feel comfortable returning at any time if I have questions or concerns.

Discovered this shop when I was looking for an embrodery machine a few years ago. They were very helpful and I found a great low priced machine for my needs. Last Christmas, I decided I needed a new sewing machine and knew where to go. I am very happy with my new Janome Quilting Sewing Machine. The people are knowledgeable and helpful.

Love SVW and the level of customer service they provide. They also have an excellent service department to repair or maintain your machines.

I was most pleased with the service at the Sewing and Vacuum Warehouse--from the time I took in my old sewing machine to my purchase of a new one. The technician who talked with me after diagnosing my old machine was quite knowledgeable, thorough, and even sympathetic (unfortunately, the part needed for repair is no longer available for my beloved 40-year-old machine). The sales representative, Lee, was also quite knowledgeable, guiding me to the machine best suited for my needs, and most patient answering my questions. I do recommend the Warehouse for both repairing your current machine and purchasing a new one.

I searched many stores and the internet for a sewing machine that would meet my needs and fit my budget. I visited Sewing Machine Warehouse twice before I purchased my machine. Each time the employees were friendly without being pushy. They answered my questions and took the time needed to understand my sewing needs then recommended a couple machines. Their prices were as low as any place I found on the internet with the added bonus of supporting a local business and having them to call if I had questions. I feel I got the perfect machine for me at the best possible price! Ask for Lee, his is great!!
