Wow – great service – wonderful people - very knowledgeable – It will always be my only go to store for anything sewing related. No matter what you need or think you need – they can help you select and or get the right product. Customer service should be their first name.

I went to the S&V warehouse to research some embroidery machines that I had seen online that I liked. I needed to touch and see the machines for myself. I got so much more that first visit. I sat down with a sewing machine expert for about 45 minutes going over the specs for 2 machines I was deciding between. Then once I decided, I was planning to wait a bit before buying, but my husband decided to surprise me. He went to the S&V warehouse and they helped him to get all that I needed. Then, the service doesn't end: I get 2 free sewing classes to understand my machine! THere are classes and clubs and so much more once you walk through the front door.

I wasn't looking to upgrade my Brother Disney Machine, but after seeing the new Quattro 6000D machine I couldn't resist. There was no pressure to buy the machine and they were all very helpful with my concerns and problems I was having with my previous machine.They answered my questions and a few days later I came back and got the new one. Am having a ball embroidering on my new machine. Any questions I have I just call and someone will walk me through what I need. I will keep going back.

I love this store! I got a great deal on a wonderful machine. The staff is knowledgebale and very helpful. The store has great supplies too.

Atmosphere is everything when my husband and I are shopping. This store is wonderful. Everyone here is helpful, knowledgeable and friendly. I bought a new sewing machine and serger from Ken about 20 years ago and was very satisfied with the products and the service. I recently bought a new machine for quilting and a vacuum. There was never any pressure to purchase one machine over another. I was told about the various models and the decision was mine. Ken is a very fair and honest person who wants his customers to be happy with whatever they purchase. This attitude is also exhibited by everyone in the store. Shop here, you won't be sorry.

Very personable and knowledgeable people in the shop. I've purchased an embroidery machine and vacuum from Ken and felt like I got a great product at a competitive price. The staff is very knowledgeable and can answer your questions. The shop also sponsors clubs that share a wealth of knowledge.

Last year I bought a Viking Sapphire 830 at a very nice price. They were very willing to match or beat one of their competitors pricing. I was able to go in later for a quick lesson on it and feel very comfortable calling or stopping by if I have any questions.

I've found everyone there to be very helpful and friendly.

I've bought embrodiery software and other accessories for my machines and have always been happy with the service.

Great shop. I have bought two embroidery machines and one serger from Ken and have been very pleased. Check with them on matching prices from other shops. The staff are wonderful and very helpful. I am a very happy customer. Be sure to check our the various clubs that meet at the shop. Cherry

This is my favorite store - the latest sewing, quilting and embroidery machines and supplies are all here and the staff is knowledgeable and friendly. Plus I love my new vacuum I purchased here at a super price. Store owner Ken Carpenter is a great to do business with!

The staff is most helpful, and the products they carry are awesome! They always have the supplies I need in stock, and when I have questions, they can always give me the correct answer.

Have been going to Sewing and Vacuum Warehouse since moving to this area. Have not been disappointed as I always get great service and knowlegable answers. They take care of all of my embroidery and sewing needs for my machines. Highly recommend.

I had a lot of questions about sewing and embroidery machines. I am a beginner well, i should say I was. Lynn and Cynthia took the time to get me up and going. I love my new Brother machine and Sewing and Vacuum Warehouse!

I found the employees to very helpful and knowledgeable.

After moving to this area with 2 Brother Embroidery/sewing Machines, I was concerned that I could no longer go to the place I had purchased these machines due to the distance. I went to visit the ladies here and was put quickly at ease. Not only did they have my machines they were sewing on them! I have a Brother PR600II and Innovis 4000D. If you know anything about these two machines you will realize I have quite an investment in Machine Embroidery. I bought them for a Home Business right after my Husband passed away.



Also, I lost all the "tools" and they were able to order them for me and have relieved me of that worry.



Thank you Sew and Vac for all you have done! I am really looking forward to future visits and classes there.
