I think Orange County Property Management does a superb job. Lance and Javier are the ones that I interface with and they do an excellent job of getting the properties re-rented and getting the necessary make-ready work done, whether it’s major or not depending on the tenant. When someone moves out, they move quickly to get anything necessary completed for a new tenant. They provide good communication and I’m really satisfied

Let me start by saying that I love owning rental

property but do not like dealing with tenant issues.

That's where Eric with OCPM comes in. I've hired property management companies in the past to handle tenant situations and repairs and ultimately the burden just came back on me. I was introduced to Eric by a mutual business contact who spoke highly of him and how much value he added. I had never remembered this person really compliment anyone in the past so I figured Eric and his company must have done something special. Thank you!!!

When I started business with OCPM, I was a new investor living in California and I had just purchased my first apartment building. I had to follow up and let people know how helpful this company was. I was looking for a place to rent and frankly was getting tired of dead end listings. I called about a condo listed with OCPM and the guys there made it their business to make it easy as possible from the time I called them, through application process, and dealing with the homeowners association. They continue to be helpful even after we moved in when we had a minor issue with a leaky sink. We can make service request and pay our rent online and it seems like there's always someone available to help. I think this should be the standard when renting a place. Thanks.

I'd been looking to rent a new home and Orange County Property Management had a townhouse that was exactly what I wanted. The entire application and move-in process, from first time seeing the home to the moment I moved in, was completely seamless,. I was able yo do almost everything online, which worked out great because of my busy schedule. Added plus, rental payment can be paid online along with all maintenance requests. Israel and Veronica were helpful and professional. Love my new place. I definitely recommend Orange County Property Management.
