Orange County Property Management has managed my property for years without a hitch. I know I have nothing to worry about with rent collections, building upkeep and general maintenance. Most importantly, my tenants do not bother me. OCPM has been a proven success for me!

This weekend I had a massive leak in my down stairs bathroom – of course, stuff like this always happens on the weekend. So I was prepared that I would have to cancel all my plans waiting around to get this resolved! But when I called Orange County Property Management that manages my Tustin apartment, I got a prompt call back from the manager who put me in touch with their contractor, and the whole deal was under control within the next couple hours. I want to thank the Staff of OC for being so prompt, courteous, and competent and for saving my weekend. Thank you.

Thank You OC staff ! I had a very short time frame to find a place to live and relocate to Orange County due to my job transfer. I was nervous signing a lease to a place I had only seen online, especially after reading the previous review But… I am wiping the seat from my forehead (relived after being so nervous) and doing somersaults in excitement because the office personnel proved the bad review wrong. You guys have been very helpful and tried to accommodate me in everything I have asked for. If you needed to get back to me on something, you have followed thru and have never been rude or unprofessional to me. Thank You for making the hurdles I had to jump much easier for this move.

As an owner of one of the properties that OC Management manages, I can say they have been 1000% professional, responsive, and timely. They have taken care of all repairs, collected rent for me in a timely manner, and returned emails/calls in minutes! They are a great company to work with!

If they say they will do XYZ… They will do it! They have wonderful systems and procedures in place to where they can provide consistent and efficient management, every time. Also, they take full advantage of technology and contently advance to make it easier on tenants and owners alike. I can truly say that it is wonderful to have them to manage my property to where I am worry free about my investments. As a result, I’ve had a friend switch over!

Orange County Property Management has done a great job turning around my property. I have tried for several years to find the right management company and I finally found it with OCPM. OCPM does it right and my property is where it should have been years ago. Their reporting and communication systems are best in the business so I always know what is happening. Very Professional, Kind and Courteous. I am a renter of one of the properties they manage and I am very happy with the assistance and maintenance that I have received in the past 2 years that I have been a renter. We are new renters, and we love OCPM! My husband is in the Marines, and we were relocated from NC to CA, and they made themove really easy! We got here early and our house wasn’t quiet ready just yet, but they had their maintenance man there right always and he fixed everything! Their maintenance men are super friendly, honest, and good at their job, and whenever I call in a request he is usually here within a few hours! Best landlord we have had. I highly recommend them.

I am pleased, and grateful, for the wonderful customer service Orange County Property Management provides. Anne, one of the staff members, has always been on top of the details, prompt in her response and is extremely professional. Although we’ve never met her in person, she strikes me as a very thoughtful person, another excellent quality when you deal with people all day. Anne is a pleasure to work with and eliminates the potential stress that would be there if I was trying to manage my property in all on my own. Thank you!

I just wanted to thank you & your company for all the improvements that has been done here. When I moved here this place was a drug haven & the laundry room was used as the drug dealer’s office, it was so bad I wouldn't go out after dark. Since your company has taken over management, the complex not only has the appearance been drastically improved, but all the movement that was going on at night has ceased. And now with the laundry room being revamped I am very pleased with all the hard work that has been done here. Also, the manager Bonnie has been very professional in her position here, and I hope she stays here for a very long time. Thanks again for making complex a decent place to live

Would just like to say thanks again to everyone at OC Property Management who helped out with my re-finance requests (appraisal inspection, paperwork requests) this past month. Your extra efforts helped me get the new loan deal closed this past week; the new 15 years, 3.5% loan is going to make a big improvement in my financial situation with this property going forward. The folks at Greenlight Financial did a great job of getting the loan closed quickly and with minimal fees; I can recommend them to anyone looking to re-finance.

Over the years I have been with Orange County Property Management, Marlen has been assisting with my property. I have been extremely pleased with her attitude, work ethic and attention to handling my needs and my property. I think you have a fantastic team member in Marlen and I value her services very much.

Eric, I have been doing property management for over 23 years now and I never thought that I would find a company that would manage my property like I do as if it where your own. I have lived in a unit management by Orange County Property Management for the past five years. During this time, I have had several requests and needs to accommodate my family. Orange County Property Management has provided me with exceptional services every time. Services were always received in a timely manner and with a great human touch.



I strongly commend services provided by Marcia in Accounts Receivable. Every now and then, I had economical difficulties since I am the only provider in a family of four. Marcia always helped me by providing with options to pay my rent in a timely manner. She was always courteous, savvy, and with a human touch.



Javier in Maintenance made it really easy for us to accommodate our needs. Whenever we needed to make modifications in the apartment to accommodate our family, Javier always helped us with great rental tips. His recommendations made our stay comfortable in our unit.



Josephine Ha is also another asset in Orange County Property Management. When we were moving out, we had to extend our stay twice because the new unit was not available. Josephine worked diligently to ensure that the unit was available to us until the last day.



Overall, I give Orange County A+ for great customer services and great human touch. It is hard to find companies with such a great service in the property management industry. I am very satisfied and willing to use their service again.

With the coming of 2010, which is likely to be another tough one for owners of rental property, I want to thank you for the steadfast service from all of your staff, Lance, Marcia, and others, which they have rendered to me over so many years.



I the age of 77 years, I would not have been able to travel and take care of of my health and fitness, as I have been doing, without the help of Orange County Property Management. You have been careful with expenses, using local contractors with reasonable charges, and cooperating with some of my own people to keep costs under control, so I could keep my rents below market and retain tenants at a time of high unemployment.
