My relationship with Orange County Property Management began in 2007 when I was offered a job transfer to another state. I had owned my condo only a year and had insufficient equity in the home to sell. I was told by a large real estate company that I would be unable to sell or feasibly rent it, and that I would probably be unable to accept the transfer. However, when I was finally ready and decided to sell the condo.... Orange County Property Management found me a buyer within a couple of weeks, got me a good price, discounted their commission and closed the sale without any issue.

The owners of Orange County Property Management are very honest and down to earth folks. I have had a positive experience with their firm and wold recommend them highly for renting out and property management in Orange County area. The Reichert's brother's "owners of the company" have always taken the time to say a kind word and answer questions when I have them.

Eric ha managed out 4 plex in Huntington Beach for several years now. We have never had any issues. He and his brother Lance has communicated well with us when there has been a vacancy or a significant repair. Our 4 plex has never been empty for more than 30 days. As soon as a tenant has moved out, they are quick to have it ready to rent again. Recently, they have taken over a second property of ours; my mother's single family home in Anaheim. We were having major problems with the tenant and Lance was ale to resolve our issues quickly and efficiently. We were always kept up to speed on the resolution. as a property manager, we could not speak more highly of Eric and his brother Lance. They are always professional and friendly. We do not have to think twice about our properties because we know they are in good hands.

I want to say a special thank you for being such a great team to work with. I honestly can say I have NEVER been happier in a rental situation. A special expression of appreciation for Veronica and Javier. Super professional and super duper nice! Keep up the good work.

I have been living in a building that has been managed by OCPM for the past three years now. They are prompt to respond to my maintenance requests, and always polite and professional. I would highly recommend this company to anyone looking for a well manage rental in Huntington Beach.

I approached Orange County Property Management and they told me that my property was in a highly desirable area and would be able to get me an acceptable rent. after two weeks and several showings, they secured me a tenant and I was able to move back east. While living in the east coast they have handled the rent collection and all maintenance issues in an efficient and professional manner.

I wanted to let people know how helpful this company was. I was looking for a place to rent and frankly was getting tired of dead end listing. I called about a condo listed with OCPM and the guys there made it their business to make it as easy as possible from the time I called them, through the application process. They continue to be helpful even after we moved in when we had a minor issue with a leaky sink. We can make service requests and pay our rent online and it seems like there's always someone available to help. I think this should be the standard when renting a place. Thanks!

I never used to write reviews for companies but this time i decided to communicate to everybody what a wonderful company this is and how grateful I am with them, I used to rent my two properities because I thought it was cheaper than hiring a property management company, but I was so wrong! When you lease your own apartments to rent, the payment is always delated, the tenants call you with hundreds of problems and you needed to solve them no matter the hour or day. Because of this, I wanted to sell my apartment and that is how I ended up with Orange County Property Management. They gave me such a good service that I decided not to sell but rent them. Now I am getting the income from my properties without problems and without haing to solve any troubleshoot.

The staff at OCPM are extremely competent, courteous, and fair. I've known Eric for a number of years now and truly admire his business ethic and vast knowledge on the topic of property management. I won't hesitate to refer family, friends, and colleagues that are looking to have their property managed.

We love our townhouse and we are grateful to be living in such a nice place. Orange Country Property Management has been professional and responsive to all of our requests. Sometimes a request might take a little while to get resolved, but in general you can expect your needs to be met. The people who work for OCPM including the electrician and the fix-it guys, have all been helpful and pleasant to work with. We hope to be renting them for a long time .

For this being our first time renting out our personal house it was very important to feel like we would have a professional, respectful, management company, someone we could trust. Eric & Lance (which are brothers) of Orange County Property Management have been everything we hoped for and more. Right away we felt comfortable with them. I am a homeowner and use this company to manage my property. I have found them to be very responsive and helpful whenever I have a question or concern. I appreciate that they can handle all of the maintenance on my rental and at very good prices. I find that their rates are below any handyman service that I have called. I also like that they give us a heads up for things like sprinkler service, heating service, etc. I would recommend this company.

I’ve rented in the Seacrest Apartment for the last 4 years. Orange County Property Management is by far the best management company around. Whenever I’ve had any problems they respond within 24 hours. Our faucet leaked, and we had a new one by the end of the day. Our dishwasher started to not work as well, and they replaced it with a new one within days. After moving several times in the complex, we finally stayed in the same unit for 2 years because we like it so much.
