I had been turned down everywhere around town for a new car. Chris really gave me confidence and made me feel like I had a say in what car I drove away in. He was great and fast!

I had tried to get a loan from my bank and got turned down but when I went to car smart I was very surprised and pleased that they were able to get me into the vehicle I wanted at a price that worked with mine and my husband's budget.

Love my new Honda Civic! Got turned down every other place because I didnt have enough established credit but they were willing to help! Thanks Car Smart crew!!

Just bought my car and absolutely love it. They have awesome costumer care!!! I'd advise anyone to go there. The best part about them is the are not by any means pushy with anything!! Definitely have a great experience!!!

Really wanna thanks all the great staff at car smart! My saleman Jesse did anything and everything to get me in to the car that i wanted. And after about 5 hours of trying we made it happen and i left in the car i wanted as soon as i arrived on the lot!!!!

BEST car buying experience I've ever had!! Had wonderful customer service and no pressure buying-Chris helped get me in a new car in a matter of hours. Everyone was so friendly-makes me want to get a job there!! For those with less than stellar credit-never thought I'd get such great pricing/financing! I first found Car smart on the internet last year October & my sister was in dire need of a car but reluctant; I took her it took 3 hours but she left with a new car! I recently went February 2014 and purchased my own new 2013, gave my daughter my car, and didn't have to spend any money; That was such a blessing to be able to give and receive; not to mention my sister earned a whopping $300.00 for referral. Makes me want to work for Car smart! :) They are so hospitable; I received a package in the mail with delicious cookies, and welcome to the car smart family card & 2 referral cards; no other dealership does that. Their advertisements are catching & true ; and I have found my place to shop for Cars as long as I live in Kansas City, MO.

I chose Car Smart after reading all the positive reviews here. My credit is nothing to speak of and thought I would have to go to a "buy here pay here" car lot. My salesman was Chris and I was very impressed with him and the process. I honestly didn't think I could get financed. Chris got me into a much nicer car than I thought I could afford and I couldn't be happier. They even took my car with a blown engine as a trade, and picked it up at their expense. Thank you Ted Heater for giving people a second chance.

So I waited a few weeks before writing a review. I wanted to make sure the car was as good as it looked before saying anything either way. I have horrid credit and a car that is falling apart. I looked at some buy here pay here lots and I have to say I was scared!

My boyfriend and I both heard a Car Smart ad on the radio so I decided to go ahead and look online. I got a call the next day at about 10 am. I gave the girl all my information and she told me I was pre-approved and we made an appt for noon.

I had my dad come with me as my boyfriend couldn't and was running a bit late. No problems there. They offered hot dogs, chips and water as well as an awesome little theater for the kiddos (or my dad lol)

I looked at a lot of the cars, which were all around 2012 or newer and had a few cars in mind. My older car now is an Audi, I love the german cars!

Mike Baker was AWESOME, he had ME choose my top 3 cars and went to look at them. He never tried to push anything on me. All said, I drove away in my beautiful 2012 Jetta that still has a factory warrenty and never once did anyone make me feel less because of my credit.

Mike even called an insurance person for me to see if he could get me a cheaper insurance rate (since mine went up a bit more than I had planned)

I have bragged about Car Smart to everyone who will listen and I think I even converted a few people who didn't understand what they are about.

This is not a buy here pay here people, they have tons of lenders willing to help those of us with credit issues and i honestly believe they truly care about the people.

Mike Baker is the guy to talk to! I will be back with my boyfriend so he can get something newer soon.

The service there was great. I got the car I wanted fast and with no hassle. They even sent me Christmas cookies!

Bought a 2011 Chevy Malibu. Everything was super easy, maybe a little too easy. Our sales Rep Scotty was great and got us a good deal. We are very happy with the car. The only thing I would complain about is the cookies you sent me in the mail. They were like rocks. But stale cookies (that were free) is not worth taking a star. Overall, great job.

Where do I even begin?! My experience with carsmart has been phenomenal! My partner and I went to carsmart expecting to get turned away like we have many times before. Instead, we left with an almost brand new car! Tulsa and Mike are definitely the ones to see! They bent over backwards for our growing family (I was pregnant at the time). They worked with several banks to find us the perfect interest rate, accepted our POS broken down car as a trade-in, and did everything they could to keep our monthly payments with them low low low. I will ALWAYS go to car smart for future cars for my partner and myself as well as our kids when they become of age. Carsmart is a wonderful company, with genuine employees who look at your life and put themselves in your shoes. 5 stars!
