I recently purchased a vehicle from Car Smart. I had a pleasan't experience, the staff was friendly and knowledgeable and I was out of the as quick as possible. I would and have recommended them to a friend.

The most painless car buying experience ever. I'd been putting it off dreading the pushy salesman. I don't live in KC, so I called and did all the pre-approval stuff over the phone. When I did drive down, all it took was me finding exactly what I wanted, signing papers and I was done! I couldn't have been happier with it and will definitely buy my next car from them!

Great service, fantastic sales people. They really deliver and take care of the customer. Only downside was that I was told they would detail the car before we picked it up, and it was not done. The purchasing experience, however, was awesome!

One of the most friendly auto dealers I have visited. With a wide selection of vehicles on site I was able to choose a vehicle that I liked. They tole me that if I did not find a vehicle there they could find one for me. They were very helpful and made it a priority to get me into the vehicle that I was comfortable with.

The sales staff were very friendly and helpful throughout the whole process.They offerred us cookies and even had a movie to watch for my daughter while we worked to finish up the paperwork. Hey carsmart is a great place to get a car. As soon as my hubsand and I walk in the door we were treated with hello and smiles. Also the day we went we were offer food and water while we waited for a approval. It was a long wait but at the end we were able to trade in our old car. However, we were put in a newer car with sales taxes paid.This truely is a nice place to get a car...............................

Jake at Car Smart is the man to go to. He got my family and I in a 2010 Malibu with no money down. We had another vehicle which is no longer working so we needed a car asap. We (my husband, son and I) went to Car Smart and drove away in our Malibu the same day.
