Had a great experience at Kool Smiles yesterday, everything was a timely and staff was amazing and friendly.

I was very disappointed, my overt all visit was 15-20 min from signing in to gettingout, 1st time appt, exam, xray, prophy couldn't be done in that allotted time, which makes me wonder how well my kids prophys were done. I will not be going back to that office or any other office. I understand is a corporation and they set a time for every exam, but as a new pt, 15 minutes is not enough time for a good exam and prophy.

No matter if you arrive 15 or 30 minutes early for your appointment you have to wait around one hour later of your appointment time to be attended. Also you have to pay before the treatment. I decided to go to another place for my kids' dental health.

My son had an appointment, we were only a few minutes early. So 1 hour and 45 minutes of time goes by and still haven't been seen. But they called and seen everyone else that came in after us. When I went to confirm that and arrange another appointment time, they wanted to beat around the bush and wanted me to wait another 10 minutes before even seen. I told them if they keep treating their patients this way, they're loose business. And one of the staff members said a smart remark like " So that's, what they say." So I left and took my business else where.

The tall girl with the big brown curly hair was amazing with my daughter. The girls that worked in the back also did an outstanding job. We were in and out in two shakes. Will definitely tell others.

I left work arriving 15 minutes early for my kids appointment and waited an hour just to be told I would have to keep waiting at least another hour and 25 minutes IF the doctors seen mine for 30 minutes each. (This was just a routine cleaning). So instead of waiting another 25 minute gamble i left because what's the point in having an appointment if you have to wait that long? ? They overbook themselves and it was a mad house of kids in there with no parent supervision. I cannot say I would ever recommend or go back unless you like waiting and chaos.

Upon entering was greeted. Had to wait a few minutes to be seen but it was OK. Manager apologized for my wait. Once in the back. The doctor was really good with me. She advised me on what was needed so that I could get my tooth straight. Everybody seemed really nice. I enjoyed my visit. I will be back.

Kool smiles was a great friendly for being my first time there I liked it definitely recommend you going.

Kool Smiles is such a Great place to go! While I was waiting to be called back the CTL greeted us with a Smile and Loud "Good Morning"!

Rest of the staff was very kind through my entire appointment. I definitely recommend Kool Smiles to family and friends! :)

Every time my children have had an appointment at Kool smiles, we ALWAYS end up waiting at least an hour just to be seen. The staff at both locations in Killeen definitely need some customer service training and the are always pushy about the co-pays. I am definitely NOT bringing my children there again.

My kids love going to Kool Smiles. We have been going here for 4 years now. Sometimes you have a wait (which isn't so bad because the service is worth it) and sometimes there is not. They are very kid friendly and really know how to make the kids feel comfortable. My kids actually love going and get very excited for their cleanings. The last time we went the staff was wearing silly hats and it made the day even funner for my kids.

Love love love this place!! I took my son to have his teeth cleaned for his first time. I was nervous, and he was very scared. I have to say the staff was amazing in the back! We didnt wait long at all, maybe 5 minutes, and as soon as we got to the back the hygienist immediately came over and started talking to my son. She was so sweet and friendly. She made both my son and I feel comfortable right from the start. It was like all of his fears had went away, he even gave me 2 thumbs up during his cleaning. I observed the other hygienist with her patient, and she was just as awesome. I highly recommend this place. We are excited for our next visit!!

I love kool smiles off lowes blvd the dental assistants were excellent and very kid freindly my kids never kicked screamed or cried thy actually enjoyed there dental appt and love to brush the sugar monsters away and thts a plus for me id most definitely refer my friends and family to kool smiles

The appt is self was good. The reminders about up coming appts is enough to t make me run! The people had to call 3 times to confirm an appt and each time the person sounded drunk. Slerring words! Highly unprofessional, un able to read a previous comment on the screen! Could keep track of what was being said or they had said. Scarey.

Dr. Meza and Brandi are really awesome. They made this experience great for my daughter. They made jokes, explained what the tools were in kid terms....they were simply awesome! Hate to hear Dr. Meza is leaving, but glad they will still have Brandi. They both need a huge raise! I had a bad experience at this place...but they made up for it big time! Please keep people like this at your establishment, get rid of the people who act like they dont wont to be there! Again they were super awesome!

Terrible. Just terrible. Expect a long wait and a less than friendly staff

I absolutely love the quality of care that is given to my children but I really do wish that work on their timing. we were there on time the still didn't get out for an hour and a half later. I don't know if it's from over booking but that was my only concern otherwise the staff and doctors were awesome.

Every time we go, we arrive 15 or so mins early but still get called back way after appt time and sit in the chair waiting for a tech and or doc even longer and my child gets restless waiting

The staff was kind and and sensitive to me and my child's needs. The facility was clean and most importantly the dentist was very reassuring to my son during his procedure. He and his hygienist made us comfortable while they worked. I am very happy with my Kool Smiles experience. From the ladies at the front desk to the people who work the back. Kool Smiles was a two thumbs up!

Dr.Choi and staff was awsome. They are true professionals when working with children
