Our visit was extremely AWESOME! Both of my kids were nervous but the Dentist and his assistant alone should receive 10 stars. When my kids are happy I'm happy. Thank You Kool Smiles for providing excellent care!!!

If I could give this place no stars I would. I had an appointment scheduled to see a dentist after a root canal procedure and I had this appointment for a good month. I go in and they tell me the dentist can't see me and they need to reschedule for the end of the month. There's a 2-4 week window and I scheduled the original appoint in that window. We had to call corporate to get it figured out. Also, a payment problem. I have tricare and I don't pay a copay for cleanings, they billed me $200+ worth and then sent it to collections without ever sending me a notice after telling me I was free to go after the appointment. I had to call collections and kool smiles billing multiple times to make sure they didn't put that on my credit because my account said I owed nothing. Just a bunch of shenanigans. If I were you, I would steer clear of this place, nothing but bad news and a waste of time.

Great staff. Dr. Meza and Zoe were great with my daughter.

Dr.Meza and DA:Desire were phenomenal they relived my son of pain stayed late and most importantly showed they cared. Dr.Meza kept my son happy at the same time with his Funny Jokes lol!

Kool Smiles is beyond AMAZING!! Dr Meza and Desire went above and beyond to make my niece feel as comfortable as possible. As busy and hectic as that place was they were so gentle and patient and made her laugh and smile the entire time. Thanks so much for everything! You guys did an extremely great job!

Are you kidding me?!?!?

I scheduled an appointment, they gave me one for a month later, I just needed a resine that fell off. I showed up on time. I waited 1 hour before being seen (none else there) and I went in, the dentist examined my mouth after I told her what I was there for and at the end she finished her with a "I'm sorry, we don't see adults here for resins but I can give you a doctor's number in temple that may be able to help you, i don't know if he takes MetLife insurance tho.

A month later, I find out that my insurance company got charged $79.00 and I have to pay $15.00... For what again? I am extremely upset and I do not recommend this place at all.

The staff is awesome! They let my daughter try out all the tools so she wouldn't be scared! Everyone is really child friendly making sure the

kids are comfortable with what's going on. The DA desire was amazing. She let my daughter do a "science experiment" turning filling gel into a harden fake tooth! I will continue to take my child to kool smiles it was the best experience my child has had at the dentist! The dentist was great as well asking her to hold tools while he worked to keep her hands busy instead of just telling her to keep them at her side! I recommend if you have a child bring them to kool smiles! My daughter loves going to her dentist appointments!

My kiD's really enjoyed their visit to the dentist, the staff took great care of them, friendly, and the office was clean also.

My son was seen at the free clinic on 22 Feb 2015. Staff was super friendly. Dr Meza definitely made the children very comfortable and shared many jokes. He went above and beyond. Best dental experience my son has ever experienced..

So my son will be four in a few days and he has been going to Kool smiles since his first tooth the staff is great but this last visits the hygienist ms Teresa I think her name was she was awesome I'm gonna ask for her every time he gets a cleaning. So nice and very charming you can see she loves kids and has a lot of patience! Great job hiring staff

After the first visit my daughter talked about Dr, Parver and Desire' for days. She even asked if I could stop by and visit a few days ago! They are quite the team! Today was my second visit with Dr. Parver and her assistant Desire'. Desire' and my daughter started the visit by having fun and playing around a little. It really got my daughter's mind off the scary part of going to the dentist, which was nice because I could tell she was nervous based on the way she was acting! She also explained what the different tools were used for which really interested my daughter. Dr. Parver was really good with my daughter during both visits. She also has very talented finger tips according to my daughter and her assistant! :)



In general, I have had no major issues with Kool Smiles. They have always done a good job with my kids. I've been going there for about 5 years now!

From the lady at the desk helping me out with all my questions to my baby getting a little gift as he exits.. Everyone was awesome.. Very glad I picked that dental .

Dr. Parver and her assistant Desire were AWESOME!!! My daughter is 9 and is terrified of needles and she gets really bad anxiety attacks; even though she was loosing it both Dr. Parver and Desire were very supportive and patient to my child and waited for her to calm down. Dr. Parver had to take care of other patients while my daughter was having an episode and getting herself together but came right after and was quick and efficient...the bottom line I was very pleased. Nowadays everything in this world is about quantity and less and less about quality, well this two ladies know quality and I appreciate all their help. Thanks!!!

My daughter was going to the dentist for the first time today and while all of the staff was friendly and the waiting area was great, her experience with the dentist was horrible. Dr Victoria Pauer DDS was impatient and rude. It created a horrible first experience at the dentist for both my daughter and myself. Since my daughter was nervous she was not as cooperative and Dr Pauer gave dirty looks and awful sighs from behind her mask. When I mentioned her attitude she said that she hears this a lot but she is really a nice person and she just wants to provide care. Well if that is the case find a different way to show it or stop working with children.

I've been to kool smiles a few times now, and their staff has been nothing but understanding and helpful. They have given me the guidance I need that suits my childs best interest, and given my child their best effort and attention to detail. They make the experience as smooth and peaceful as possible. The waiting room might be disheartening and stressful at times, but I don't beleive it's because the staff. The reason I say that is because once you walk through the doors to the back it is a completely calm, caring, and calculating atmosphere.

Every time I have been to cool smiles which has been 3 times with my child the people that work there were rude unprofessional they tell you the wrong information then act like it's your fault. They care nothing about their patients and I would not recommend anyone to take your child teen or even a dog there. I don't even want to give them a star that's how bad they are. It doesn't matter how early you get there how much patience you have just don't go

SCAM ALERT: They told me I needed 2 root canals on 2 teeth that had old fillings. I had no pain and even questioned the dentist (Rose M. Cantu, DDS) on whether they could just fill them up vs a root canal since they didn't hurt or anything. She said no and that my only option was 1) extract the tooth or 2) root canal. They refer you to another office for the root canals- can someone say 1) dumb dentist and 2) referral office probably gives a cut of the bill?? HMMMM... Shame on you Kool Smiles!

This place is geared towards kids & family. Unfortunately, they seemto put quantity over quality and must have a time-per-patient quota to follow as my daughter & I both paid a visit and were rescheduled for fillings after being there for almost 4 hours. I have NEVER had to go back again for a filling (they usually do it on the same visit) and I have never waited so long, especially with a child (who are impatient, have to use the bathroom & get hungry).



The visit itself was fine & friendly but too long of a wait and not convenient in taking care of simple things as fillings during the same visit.
