Ryan Gordon of All Hours Heat and Air has been a delightful professional to do our HVAC work. We first discovered him about 7 years ago when our air conditioner died on July 4 weekend when the local temps were near or over 100 degrees. I called him on a Saturday morning and he couldn’t come until Tuesday because of so many emergency calls. I booked him because no one else I knew of was available and he does not charge extra for nights, holidays or weekends! He was able to come on Monday, thank heaven, and he did a masterful job. The cost was comparable to the other companies’ usual weekday rate. He has continued to be our HVAC provider since. He was here today for our regular winter checkup and found that one of the parts to the electric heat module was not working. We have a heat pump and fortunately have not had a lot of cold weather yet but it has hit this week! Ryan had the necessary part with him and installed it. He saved us over $200 with his solution! I trust him completely and the fact that he is so pleasant, leaves the worksite clean and tidy, and combines great rates make him the only choice for us. He has also recommended professionals in other fields who have also been outstanding!

Ryan is as good as it gets. For starters, my HVAC system is complicated, given how it was built by the previous owner, so this wasn't an easy problem to solve. Ryan went through his checklist of trial and error and thought he had it figured out. When his initial solution didn't end up working, he worked around his busy schedule the very next day to come back out and fix the issue at no additional charge. He was professional, courteous, and fair on pricing. Not to mention he takes a very cerebral approach to this. He isn't above peer reviewing some of the more complicated HVAC cases to get the job done, and I appreciated that. I highly recommend All Hours and will definitely be giving Ryan my business in the future if/when problems arise.

I wish every service provider I dealt with was as good as Ryan. I will never use anyone else for Heat and Air. To say I recommend him highly, is an understatement.

Ryan is the ONLY person I trust for my 2 heating and cooling systems. I have been with Ryan for 11 years, and in my opinion the very best heating and cooling service in Knoxville. Ryan at all hours hearing and air really saved me from a potentially big situation. I had never used Ryan before, but he came highly recommended from not just one neighbor, but several neighbors. A few weeks back, our AC unit wasn’t working, and we were OUT OF TOWN. My father in law was at my house and it was in the mid-80s inside the house – clearly there was an issue. I gave Ryan a call and he was able to fix my unit and I was 900 miles away! He had it fixed and invoiced in the same day. I was extremely happy with his service and I will never have a reason to use anyone else. He has won my trust and business, and will come highly recommended by me as a result. Give Ryan a call if you need assistance. His professionalism and level of work is hard to find these days.

Our AC started freezing up over Memorial Day Weekend 2016. After doing everything I felt comfortable trying (checking air filter, cleaning evaporator coil), I called several companies. Ryan at All Hours was the only one that would come out on Sunday without charging am extra high service fee. He was here within an hour after the call, had everything running even better than before in 45 minutes and his rate was extremely reasonable. Definitely give him a call if you need HVAC work done.

My wife and I met Ryan in February of 2015 when our heat failed. Ryan was at the house within a couple of hours and provided the necessary repairs at a fair price. We used Ryan again in the early summer to tune up the A/C for the summer.

As our confidence grew with him we discussed an issue with the HVAC we have had since purchasing new; the Builder had grossly undersized the unit. So, we selected Ryan to upgrade our unit and get us to where we could actually heat/cool the house. The installation went extremely well and with high quality. I am glad to report it is like living in a new home; the heat works better than we expected. Five years in the house and Wow, actual heat. Now that we have gotten over the first hurdle we are anticipating turning on the A/C and seeing the house cool below a never before 74 degrees....... We have confidence in Ryan's recommendations and proper sizing of the system.

As long as we live in the Knoxville and surrounding area, we will ALWAYS use this company! The owner and installer were professional, down to earth, efficient with time, and were extremely neat with clean up. They were empathetic and understanding when our HVAC system went out right after the home inspection for our upcoming house closing. Although it was their busiest season, they rearranged their schedule and came out install the new unit. We had not expected or budgeted this large expense, but their service and kindness made it a bit easier to write the check.

Excellent service, quick and very responsive on a weekend and rapid repair with very reasonable costs -- not even a weekend premium service charge which I expected. Ryan was honest about needed repairs and advice that system would need major repairs in the future, but understood my budget and got the heat pumping again for a lesser repair. My experience with All Hours Heat And Air was excellent. I received very prompt service and the problem was resolved on the first visit. My technician, Ryan, was extremely professional and the repair was thorough. Not only did Ryan repair the problem I called him out for, but he discovered another issue which was a potential fire hazard. Ryan offered to return in the afternoon to make the critical repair. When I returned home from work that day, the repair was completed exactly as he described. Also, the work site was clean with no signs of debris from the minor construction project.



Pricing: Up front and fair. When additional parts and labor were required after the initial estimate, I received a phone call to get authorization so there were no surprises.

Ryan is the quintessential professional!!! We were without AC all day and didn't know who to call, since we've experienced three other AC "pros" in the past four years. On a referral by our neighbor, we called Ryan. He was just finishing up with a client, and upon checking his schedule, left IMMEDIATELY to come to our house.



Upon arrival, he courteously introduced himself, asked for some info about our problem, told us what he was going to do, assessed the situation, and always checked with us for approval every step of the way. Upon completion of the job, the charge was exactly the amount he said it would be before we gave him the authorization to begin. NO UNPLEASANT SURPRISES!!! Ryan is respectful, honest, and was a pleasure to do business with. I would recommend his skills and abilities to anyone requiring his services. A REAL PLEASURE!!!

I just wanted to say if you need someone to get that cold air running again, call Ryan. I discovered the AC wasn't working properly at 4 PM on Friday. I read some reviews including the comments about this company not charging EXTRA for after hours and weekends so I put in a call. I was leaving a message explaining the AC issues and to my surprise, Ryan was already calling me. He was able to come out within 2 hours of my initial call and was able to fix one of the 2 problems that the AC had. He had to get the other faulty part and returned the next morning and had us up and running by noon as the temperature started climbing to 100. We only had to spend 1 night slightly uncomfortable. The pricing was fair, Ryan is a great honest, hard-working young man and we are very pleased with the outcome. It is so hard to find someone who will work very hard to get a household back into their "comfort zone" so quickly. Thanks Ryan....we WILL be passing out your business cards!! 5 Stars to you!!!

My AC went out in the middle of the night. As soon as I got to work I called Ryan based on the good reviews and I have to agree with all. When I called him he was working with another customer but agreed to service my AC immediately after. He was at my house by 10:30 am. He determined the motor needed replacing and needed to pick up the part. He was ok with me returning to work while he finished with the repairs and came by the office when he was done to go over the work completed and costs....which were very reasonable. I will be working with him again in the near future to have my 25 yr old unit replaced when the weather gets cooler.

On- time, very quick to find the problem and seemed very knowledgeable. Uses the latest technology to run his billing and accepts credit cards!

After my roof was replaced last fall the siding people turned off my unit to replace the siding but it was cool outside so my air conditioning wasn't needed. Three days later the air wouldn't come on so I called All Hours to see what the problem was. He came out quickly and realized that the unit was just turned off outside. Very polite, very professional, only charged minimal cost to me and found a couple of other things that needed attention and fixed those as well. So happy to have my air back on and working well to this day! Thanks to Ryan

A guy came out and fixed my ac fairly quick and the price was fair, but something else really hit home with me......the technician found another problem that has been causing mold to grow inside my ac...turns out the installers messed up years and years ago and this guy found the cause very quickly....I can breathe easier now LITERALLY
