I live in the Dandridge, TN area and was looking for someone to do a routine maintenance check on my central air conditioning system. Ryan, the owner/technician, was fantastic on the phone and gave me a scheduled appointment within 2-3 days. On that day, he called to let me know he was on his way which was well and early within the 2 hour window he promised. Upon arrival, he was courtious and proffessional and got straight to work inspecting my central air system. Found a degrading capacitor which if not replaced would have eventually damaged the blower in the house. He then went outside and checked out the condensor and compressor unit, cleaning out the coils and topping off the refrigerant. When asked how much life he thought the system had left, he was honest and noted it probably had around 3-4 years of usable service. I thought this to be very helpful as for the budgeting purposes of a new unit down the road. All in all, his services were inexpensive and he was very personable. I would definitely recommend him to anyone looking for an HVAC technician.

Very Pleased with Service and Price!

System went down on a Saturday night, called Sunday morning and Ryan actually rearranged his schedule for the day to come see what my problem was. He gave me a good price, arrived on time the next day to make the repair, is so knowledgeable, yet able to explain it to me (a non-mechanical girl!), takes care not to make a mess, and in general just great to work with. Looked over my system to alert me to some potenital issues down the road and discussed maintenance with me.

I highly recommend All Hours for your HVAC needs.

Use this company!!! Showed up 15min. before scheduled time, always a plus. I've been working as a technician in the Utility industry for 30 years and I can say, this Technician is very knowledgeable and skilled. Found the problem and fixed it in 30 minutes. He also found two other problems that my former HVAC tech missed and caused. It’s so nice to find a true professional. Use this guy once, and you will forever. Oh, one other note, cost………..very reasonable.

I have used All Hours Heat and Air many times in the past and there is one thing I can be sure of and that is the fast and accurate repairs !!! Not only was the work done right but also at a great price!!! I would recommend anyone with heating and air conditioning problems to definitely call All Hours for any problem they might have!!! My REASONS:



After retiring from the Military I was looking for someone I could trust to repair my heating and air unit, a new unit.

Another company installed it and came back three times to fix it, with no luck.

Being in the military for so long I was used to calling the Post Engineers and they always fixed what ever!

I went through a couple of companies before I could find one that I could trust. I found out later that he was a Air Force veteran.

It is something that all military instill in there people.

"Pride in there work".

He is a proud family man, I always ask about his wife & child.

I now call him every so often just to see how he is doing.



How many service people do you know that you just would call???



Another is he likes my dogs! One is a Big Rottie and she loves him He has dogs himself!



He is very knowledgeable and driven in his chosen career path.



I have used him a couple a couple of times over the years to fix different things and he has always come through for me.

We have always talked about my problem, then he would research the problem and then he would let me know what it would take to fix the problem and then he fixes it.



I feel he is very reasonable priced and always back up his work!!!!

I purchased a 20 year old home with a "functional" heat pump that was as old as the house. A year later, I decided it was time to replace the unit. I had a friend recommend All Hours, and saw the sterling reviews on yellowpages.com. Ryan is top-notch! I got quotes from multiple contractors on the unit replacement, and he offered the best price BY FAR on our new Rheem heat pump. From the day he came out to give us our estimate, I could tell that this was going to be a great experience. He is personable and really did a great job with everything. We couldn't be happier with our purchase, and I would absolutely recommend Ryan and All Hours to anyone with HVAC issues.

Ryan was here when he said he would be. He fixed the problem, reviewed the whole system, and made recommendations and the price was very fair. i would definitely use them again!

I called at about 11 am about repairing the heat in my home. Ryan informed me that he could check out my heat between 12 and 2 that very day. He was on time and within an hour, he had completely diagnosed the problems. He found the part for my old system and was back in a couple of hours to install them. Although he had to install them in the dark, the price worked out better than he had estimated. He could have easily just charged the estimate but he was open and honest with the price and doesn't charge overtime. He also advised me about future problems and estimated what it would cost for preventative measures. Since he was so honest and forthright in his work practices, I gladly asked him to come back and complete the additional work. His work ethics are refreshing and I would wholeheartedly recommend him to anyone.

This lingering heat wave finally brought my air conditioning system to it's knees and of course on a Sunday morning. I found this listing for All Hours Heat and Air and did not expect to receive a call back to the message I left on their system.



They called back and came to my place within an hour and charged the system. Ryan indicated that due to the system being somewhat old that it may not hold the charge. However, he was able to get me cooled down for the time being.



Of course due to the exising problem I needed to call him back on Wednesday and he again arrived in short order. Upon looking at the system he recharged the system and found that there was a significant leak in the system. He explained my options and gave me an estimate for installation of a replacement system.



I felt comfortable with his estimate so indicated that we would go with the system and size he recommended. He arrived on Friday and labored until he had the system up and running cooler wise, then arrived early on Saturday to complete the system adding the gas heater to the furnace.



The quality of the installation was excellent and done in a professional manner. Although the existing system removal and installation was difficult he stood by his estimate.



He cleaned up after all his work. I certainly appreciate the quick and excellent service from All Hours Heat and Air. I would not hessitate to recommend them to anyone.

This is the 3rd time I had to have somone out to service my a/c this summer. It has been the same part each time. I have been told told by someone else that the wrong parts have been put in my unit and therefore they were replacing it with the same wrong parts because thats all they knew to put in it. Ryan picked the phone up made a 2 minute phone call ask what part went in it and put the right piece where it is suppose to be. And told me it was under warranty if it goes out again. The other guy told me they wouldn't cover it because it was electrical and he also charged me another service call for the 2nd trip her made. Ryan says that if he has to come out for the same problem there will not be another service call and the part will be under warranty if it goes out agian (within a short time of course) I will definetily be calling 24hrs when my compressor goes out which wont be long. He has already given me a price so I know what to except no surprises. GREAT GUY!!!!! and I will be giving the cards out that were left. Thanks for honest friendly service!!!!

Responded promptly to my Sunday morning phone call. Arrived on time the next day. Showed me the broken parts and and replacement parts and provided a detailed account of all charges. Cleaned the leaves around the unit and performed some free (much needed) maintenance. Ryan provided very professional service (courteous, clean, fairly priced, and on time). I highly recommend All Hours.

This heating and air team is wonderful. The service technician was on time and worked very efficiently. His prices where very reasonable for the work he did. The service tech made multiple suggestions that helped me decress my cooling cost this summer. I would recommend him to anyone that asked and he is my new air conditioner man. This guy, Ryan is great. He just left my house. 10 minutes before he came I realized the circuit breaker had tripped. I reset it. I told him and he said he would not charge me. I invited him to sit down. We talked about my system. He offered to look at it for nothing. After spending 40 minutes with me, I insisted on paying him something. We negotiated a 1 year maintenance contract. If this guy ain't honest, I don't know who is.

Ryan is extremely knowledgeable, and very personable. He does quality work for a VERY reasonable price. I will do business w/ him again!

After over a year of experiencing high heating and air bills I had gotten quotes from other companies much to my dismay due to the high prices to replace my older heating and air unit. This summer I knew it has to be done and came across the All Hours add. The estimate was almost half of the competitors! I just received my first electric bill and it was well worth it less than half of the previous month with hotter temps! Ryan didn't try to "upsell" a bigger unit like other companies he told me what I needed for my sq ft and that was it!

Will be doing business with All Hours again!

If your AC gives out, particularly on a weekend, this be the place to contact, came out on a Sunday within a few hours and managed to fix the problem very quickly, Professional, friendly, knowledgeable, will recommend and continue to use. No up charge for coming out on a weekend, and if you know Tennessee summers, you know how good it is to have a AC problem fixed this rapidly, specially on a weekend.

My AC went out Saturday evening, which my house was over 100 degrees! I called All Hours at 930 am Sunday morning and Ryan was here by noon and done by 1pm! His professionalism and customer service skills are to be admired. His cost beats any competitors which I fully appreciate! He took the time to explain step by step what the problem was and was very patient with my questions. In this day and age it is rare to meet someone who actually wants to help you rather than just take your money. I am so thankful for his service and highly recommend him to everyone!

I called at 2 am on a Saturday and it was over a 100 degrees in my home. Ryan informed me that he could check out my AC and theat he did not charge overtime.



He arrived in less than an hour and within a half haour he had determined the problem.



At 8am he found the new compressor and by 12 pm he had it installed.



His estimate was dead on and there were no surprises.



I have retained All Hours Heat and Air's Maintenance program and now I know someone I can trust will be looking after my AC and Heating needs.
