In June I started having issues with my A/C. I found this ad and thought the company sounded reliable based on the reviews. He showed up on time and was very professional. He explained everything he needed to do and showed me the worn out parts. I was very impressed. Well, about 5 weeks later the A/C started not cooling well again. I called Mike and he came out and discovered a leak on one of the valves. He promptly fixed the leak with no charge. I was trying to make this unit last til the fall....well that wasn't in the cards. It finally died on Monday. Mike was out here Tuesday and the decision was made to replace the condensing unit. He was here bright and early Thursday morning with a shiny new unit. It took him until most of the day (3:30pm) and he still had 3 jobs to do after mine. M & K is an upstanding, reliable company. Mike has work ethics that are rare in this town......in this day and age period!! If you need a job done and want it done right, by a company that stands behind their work no matter what...then M & K is the one to call!!

Last night at about 9 pm we discovered that the AC was out upstairs. My husband suggested that I look for a company will a few good reviews on-line. Kudzu did not turn up much, so I tried Yellow Pages. I expected a company with maybe 1-3 reviews, not 11!!! This morning, we called to see how soon someone could come out. Mike was out today within 3 hours of our initial call.



When this guys advertises himself as an honest repair man, he means it. He looked at our outside units, briefly commented that they were old (so is our house) and then set out to fix the problem. Not once did he even mention replacing the unit. Before long he determined that we needed to replace the capacitor. The end result was a $37 part and an hour and a half labor, all totaling less than $150!!!!



If you have an A/C problem then do not hesitate to call Mike. He is honest and friendly and will truly earn your business.

I set up appt with Mike for just a check it out call and when we arrived at our second home the air hadn't been on probably since May and this was July in Las Vegas. He came out on time and took us out there to tell us the compressor was shot. Gave us prices on a new compressor or new unit, we chose new unit. Mike made a mistake thinking he had one in stock but turned out he had to order from AZ. That didn't come in so he got together with his distributor and upgraded our unit for the same price. He installed the new unit even though he had other customers but we were on a short visit not expecting this type of work. He was very courteous and a efficient worker for the heat he had to work in and even go in to our attic. We were first time customers and from out of town and he went above and beyond for us and it was greatly appreciated.



We highly recommend his work.

My upstairs A/C went out it was 6pm I thought for sure it would be a miserable night in the heat so I looked in the yellow pages for help and after reading the customers reviews about M & K service I said this many people can't be wrong I called and spoke with Mike he was all the way across town but said he would be by around 8pm, Remember this is the middle of june after 6pm! so I was pleased to hear he could make it the same day within 3 hours at that. Mike came over and was very courteous and proffesional he found the problem in 5 minutes and within the hour the family was enjoying cool air upstairs:) Mike's service is honest and reasonable it was a pleasure to do business with a company of integrity.

Googled everywhere on the net after trying three a/c repair companies with poor or so-so services in the past three years, I finally decided to try Mike's service. Very very impressed. He arrived 5 minutes earlier than promised and is truly honest by pointing out that a blowned fuse was his fault during the initial testings. The final service charge is pleasantly below my expectation, very reasonable for $159 including parts and labor. I can't recommend highly enough for Mike's superb service. Will definitely call him for possible future problems.

He came the time he promised told me what he had to do and was finished quickly and I had cool air again.

I am from out of town and my sister is in the hospital. My luck no air in her home. I checked out the yellow pages and reviews before I called anyone, his reviews were right on. Mike came right right and fixed my problems. He was honest and his price was alot lower than I would of paid back home. I was very impressed with everything, and he even gave me names of other companies to call for some up to date services this house needs. If they are anything like his work this house will be perfect by the time she get hom from the hospital!



Just thank you so much for all your help! The air works great here, did not know Las Vegas could be so hot!

This is the only way to go! You DON"T want to get ripped off by the high priced corporation (with the blue animal) that wanted to rip me off. Did I mention that I saved over $700! With M&K, you'll get honesty, integrity and a that real sense of quality service that Vegas has lost a long time ago. Call M&K, you'll be glad that you did!

I don't usually write reviews but in this case I felt absolutely compelled to share my experience with M & K Heating and Air Conditioning. You've heard the saying "One in a Million" This certainly applies to Mike with M & K Heating. Not only is he professional, honest,competent and takes great pride in his work but he is an incredibly caring individual. He really saved the day for my elderly mother-in-law during one of Las Vegas' very cold spells. He went to extra mile to provide what was needed at the time it is needed. That one can't put a price on!! Many, many thanks Mike!!

Mike came to my home for a winter check of my heating system. He invited me to watch, and explained everything to me. I felt very comfortable and confident with his work, and will certainly use him again, and recommend him to others.

M&K was very helpful and dependable service. The arrived within a few hours of my call (on Sunday) and had my AC up and running in no time. I felt very comfortable with their work and explanation of the issue. Most important, they did not pressure me to buy additional services or items.



I highly recommend M&K and I plan on using them for all my seasonal services and repairs.

Had 3 estimates for Roof AC problems, from $900 to $5,500. 2 Days of promises and lots of "pushing for new equipment". In comes Mike (4th) said he would be at condo at 11 30am, actual 11:20am, 2 hours later and $281 my tenant had Cool Air, and all is well since. Tenant told me only "Mike" was "courteous", Bottom line, honest,expert, fast, and courteous.
