Another company recommended not bothering with replacement of the hard drive but another laptop was more than 400.00. Very fast service, and the manager was very helpful (John Sinchak) and a great deal was given.

I was having problems with my HP printer. John suggested either Canon or Brother brand as good ones. As luck would have it, my old printer went on the blink just in time for Black Friday. I was able to buy a Brother brand at a great price at Office Depot. John install3ed the new printer in a timely and professional manner. I was pleased with the price and service and would highly recommend TLC Solutions to others. Also, their shop is located only a mile and a half from where I live which makes it very convenient. Also, the fact TLC can make a house call is an extra plus most shops do not offer.

While all had apparently lost, I arrived home after about leaving your facility, checked my telephone for messages, and received your welcomed call that a solution had been reached. I returned, got my completed disk, including another segment on the disk.Yes, I was very pleased and I definitely like or enjoy that can do attitude. Excellent service and timely also

Lucky for me this shop is less than a mile from my home. When my Windoze box would not power up, I took it in and now have it back with a new, very quiet power supply and all is well. I did bribe the technicians with fresh Pinkbox donuts to get next day turnaround. Its Vegas, you gotta take care of the people who take care of you.

They had my computer in and out in just a few days, loved the service, and the price was well worth it, saved me $700 from buying a new PC

I have nothing but high 5's to give TLC Computers. My first trip was an external hard drive crash and the recent cycling shutdowns with the blue screen of death. They saved my bacon each time with their timely and cost efficient repairs. I can and do refer these folks to repair my or any other computer problems. Kudo's guys

My laptop was diagnosed with a bad screen and it was replaced with a new one. Everything else was fine and it works just like new. Very pleased with the service and cost.

Great communication on troubleshooting for my MacBook Pro. Saved all my old information, replaced the hard drive and installed a new battery all for about $350. Very happy with my whole transaction here. Service was fast and complete.

I have used TLC Computer Solutions several times over 3 or more years. The service is always excellent, ability to diagnose and repair problems is more than outstanding, and prices are always fair.

My laptop had been slowing down and one day finally shut down. Since my laptop was an older model I had been hemming and hawing for several weeks over whether it was worth getting repaired or I should go out and buy a new one. I had grown attached to the older body style of my current laptop and was reluctant to give it up. However, after discovering the website of TLC and reading the favorable reviews, I decided to bring it to them.They ran the diagnostics and advised that there was simply a lot of garbage that had made its way into my system and they could clean it up. TLC Computer solutions was great.

I have been on the quest for a laptop charger many times, and when I only had a couple days to access my old laptop's files I was frantic- that is until I went to TLC Computer Solutions! In a matter of ten minutes they found the product I needed and it cost less than half of the price as elsewhere. I will definitely be coming here for all my computer needs!

John is great and i would trust these guys for any of my computer issues. They fixed my virus issues and it's like a new computer...at a reasonable price.

My second computer had a virus, that locked down my computer. I was going to have just the virus removed, but decided to go with their VERY AFFORDABLE in house special, that totally cleaned up my computer from garbage, updated drivers needed, PLUS added a security package, my computer is now like brand new again.. I dropped off my third today that I haven't used in over a year, because of another virus, can't wait to see what you guys can do with it... Thank you so much..

T.L.C. was recommended to me by my son who is a hard core gamer. I brought in my lap top that was given to me and needed the original password that was forgotten, bypassed and changed, T.L.C. did the work in less then 24 hours, and the charge was very reasonable. T.L.C is now my go to when I have a problem with any of my 3 computers. I found then to be very patient, and understanding in answering all of my questions. They are currently working on removing a virus from another lap top, and just called that the computer is ready. check out their in shop tune up specials, and don't wait for a problem, their prices are really affordable.
