Professional and timely.

TLC Computer recently repaired my computer. The service was fast and great. Their prices are reasonable and I would highly recommend this company.

My Review Title says it all!! Everyone is so nice...relatively small operation comparted to the 'big' guys...but will never go to those 'Best' people again! ... This was the first time using TLC and I will certainly do business with them again!

I found TLC while looking for a replacement battery for my laptop. I found John to be extremely honest and very professional. He really knows what he is talking about. It was also the cheapest battery I had found. I will definately come back if I have any more problems.SUPER NICE SERVICE!!!!

I had issues with my desktop for 2-3 weeks and asked around for someone to recommend a place I could trust for good service. I was told to go to TLC Computer Solutions. John and his team did a complete diagnostics check and with the age and multiple problems that came up including the mother board and hard drives it was suggested I go with a new desktop. They set me up with a new Dell they ordered and then installed all the necessary programs including security. They were also able to recover all data from damaged hard drive and transfer to new computer. I am able to use everything i had before but on a new desktop. It is nice to be up and running again.I am extremely happy with the service provided and will continue to go to and recommend everyone to TLC Computer Solutions with any future computer needs.

TLC was extremely efficient in fixing my son's laptop. They were very professional, explained what was wrong and how they fixed it and gave me solutions to further extend the life of the laptop. All my questions were answered. I am extremely pleased with the prompt, professional service I recieved.

As the rest of our reviews reflect, we strive to truly help our customers and charge them fairly for our services. I offered this customer a full refund if she brought the computer back and we could not fix it. It ran perfectly for several days and passed all diagnostic tests before it left our store. We have addressed this feedback as a team and will use it to better serve our customers. I am personally disappointed that we failed this customer and did not get the chance to win her back.

Unreliable and a ripoff! Will take your money and not fix your computer. They took weeks and computer was still broken and had the nerve to charge me 60 dollars.
