I am grateful to have Clayton Dysart as my service rep.!

Clayton was great! I told him that I had to study for a test and you could tell he was trying to get me out of there as quick as possible so I would not be late. He also kept me updated on how my car was doing so I very much appreciated that.

My guy was great, showed me the filters and made sure the car was clean when completed.

Pete was extremely professional and helped me through the process beautifully. I am very happy with their dealership and will continue to refer all my family and friends to Pete.

I was pleasantly surprised to have my Routan washed as part of the service. This was not the case in Tyler, TX where I bought my VW and where we moved from recently. Clayton was so respectful and thoughtful I can't tell how impressed I am with Lewisville VW service and their Dealership in general. I can tell you I will be happy to continue driving my Routan and bring it in for service at Lewisville VW as well as remain a loyal VW driver!
