Low VA Rates has been incredible for me. Very knowledgeable and efficient. They were able to get me refinanced to a much lower interest rate and made the whole process pain free. I would encourage anyone interested in refinancing to check them out without hesitation!

The company offers great rates, and I would recommend to anyone! I only worked with Warren Bell who is by far the kindest, most patient loan officer ever. I refinanced, and the previous mortgage company (GSF) was just the worst. I could never get a hold of anyone, they didn't give me documents i asked for... Warren went above and beyond! He conferenced called with me to speak to people at GSF to get the info that we needed, he updated me every step of the way, and checked in often so i was never left wondering. I cannot sing his praises enough. Home loan processes are not fun. They require a lot of paperwork, back and forth, and time, but i didnt feel as stressed out having Warren on my side. I will be going back to him for any future loan i may need!

Axel was excellent. He kept me informed throughout the whole process. I appreciated the fact that he was always available when I had questions. Thank you so much for your professional friendly service.

Jack Squier was excellent help with my refinance, this loan process was a lot faster and more put together than my previous loan Mr. Squier answered all my questions and processed my loan quicker than expected

Eric Liljenquist, at Low VA Rates, was outstanding during the entire process of refinancing my home. I talked to him on the phone a couple of times and communicated with him through email on most occasions. He was very helpful in guiding me through the process and in the end saved me a lot of money. Low VA Rates is definitely a place to consider when looking for home loan financing or refinancing. I'm not sure how the loan officers are assigned but if you have an opportunity to request one, Eric is defintely the one I would recommend.

Low VA Rates the BEST Mortgage company we've ever worked with

Over the years we've "done" several mortgages and more recently several VA re-finances (always for ever-lower rates). However, the service we received from Low VA Rates (and from loan officer Blake and his assistant Courtney) has totally "blown our minds," from "A" to "Z".

First of all, we got their lower-interest offer WEEKS ahead of the other 5 or 6 that much later came in. So, even at this first task, they're totally on the ball.

Second, our application process itself was superb. Easy, clear and both Blake and Courtney were ALWAYS available by phone to help out. No endless "robot" phone queues, etc. Superb accessibility.

Third, we were pro-actively informed every step of the way. They were totally "on it."

Fourth, just before we were due to sign our closing, half of our ENTIRE Southern Oregon town BURNED DOWN and we were force-evacuated for 11 days. Blake and Courtney moved our signing 450 miles North to Portland, where we were camping out with friends.

Fifth, even their notary was MARKEDLY better than others we've use before. Everything, intelligent, professional, accurate.

Sixth, when we hit a snag with our former mortgagor's escrow service (and refund), Blake stepped in and got everything rolling.

So what can I say? This company and its people are AWESOME "friends to Veterans." Thank you all so much.

Paul (Hawaii) - 20 yr Military Veteran, Cash-Out Refi. After doing some research I decided to go with Low VA Rates. All the reviews I read were true. My Loan Officer was Mari Dean. Mari is a true professional. She knows her job and is very good at what she does. She kept me informed on my loan status every step of the way. I provided what she needed and she did the rest. All you have to do is be patient, which I am not, and they will get your loan done right at a great rate. I went from 4.25% to 2.75%, pulling out $157,000 and my monthly mortgage went up $95. Waiting to close as we speak which should be VERY soon. I am happy and highly recommend Mari, her team and LOW VA RATES.

This was a great experience. I have done many home financing/refinancing transactions in my life and this ranks as one of the best. Emilio Parrish was outstanding. He was knowledgeable and professional. The process was quick and rates and fees were as promised. I would definitely use them, and specifically Emilio, again. I refinanced with Low VA rates and finished the process on Saturday. Initially I dreaded dealing with any aspect of the VA process since it was so burdensome. In dealing with the mortgage personnel, Maurice and Shaylee, I found them to be very helpful in answering questions and returning my call within an hour or two. Perhaps most helpful is the abbreviated process this company used by utilizing data that accompanied my initial VA loan application. With this mortgage company I got a great rate on a 30-fixed loan and I survived the process still smiling. I was asked if I'd write of my experiences and am happy to say it was a good process and the personnel capable and responsive.

Rodolfo Alcala is an excellent and outstanding Low VA Rates loan officer assistant and so is his team assistant loan officer Krystan Gillett who helped me with my mortgage note. I appreciate Rodolfo's expertise and service as well as taking the time to work with me in refinancing my home. He was customer service friendly and kept me well informed about my loan through the email, text and phone. He was hardworking and persistant in ensuring that I get a low interest rate possible.
